| Aww the AsuCaga scene was cute <3 love how Athrun blushed when he kissed Cagalli. No Shinn yelling in this episode, thank goodness. I felt really bad for him though when he was at the grave. Interesting meeting between Shinn and Kira. Although I've said a million times, Shinn has so much angst. Or is just very negative (I guess somewhat realistic) person. What a great first impression, to say that the flowers will be destroyed anyways. But Kira is an understanding person, so I guess it doesn't matter. |
| Watching it through the Remaster version so far I am liking it no crazy thoughts yet. I also re-watched Otaku no Video's review of GSD today, apparently the comment section got so rowdy after he posted the video that he disabled the comment section. Anyway, after watching episodes 1-9, I have to say I can see where OnV was coming from. To avoid allusion to spoilers I think people should see his video In these early episodes there seems to be more emphasis on Athrun's struggle of a "solider trying to be a civilian" than anything-else. |

Not a fan of what the show's doing with Cagalli though, and the repeated flashbacks of Shinn's family getting rekt are just as annoying as they were in SEED. |
