| Yor just never ceases to amaze me in this show, especially when she's focused on her work. This episode had some other peak moments besides seeing her fighting. For instance, the fireworks scene looked on another level with Yor fighting from the background. That chereography had its peak. Episode felt like a movie and this is among one of my favorites this season. |

| Man that glasses guy who could smell the life out of you is hella creep. If it wasn’t for him, he smelling the scents of the trio at the most wrong time, You and all might have escaped to the storage room. Though now that they couldn’t, and were forced to make their way to the rooftop(not the most correct word), there came the inevitable. To think the whole bunch was lying in waiting for Yor and everyone at the top sounds beyond helpless to begin with, but… but, the moment they started throwing in their weapons and bullets all around the place, we saw Yor being the MOST merciless and ruthless we’ve ever, to the point where it doesn’t even feel like, whatever she did was the work of a normal human. There were soooooo many moments throughout the episode which quite literally made Yor the very definition of wonder woman… the one who could take on any number of people and could make a misery out of them at the same time. The constant back and forth to the fireworks display and this blood shower was… so poetic lol. But the moment, the highlight of this episode was, Yor’s self realization. Might have taken a lot of flashbacks and conflicting thoughts inside her head, but now that Yor has realized she won’t stop fighting, I doubt that old man or anyone would ever get a chance to get the best of her.. I mean see how she kicked the life out of him lol. The most intense spy family ever been. Studio went all-out this episode with all and every Yor stuff. Also, Yuri is just built different, right? |

| The Chief just emerged seemingly out of the shadows, and his presence is quite intimidating ngl. Even when humorously cleaning up Yor's mess right behind her, he maintains a sense of terror. Yor, on the other hand, is equally frightening, having dispatched numerous assassins with only a few stubbed fingers to show for it. The exchange between her and the sniper is captivating, each surprising the other with their dodging skills—one wielding a sniper rifle, the other adept with a thrown needle. |

Great actions and great character moments. A superb episode that end with a very poignant siscon interlude. |
| These shots with the camera flying around the ship are really cool! The peaceful music playing while all the killing is going on is kind of poetic... But these assasins are so goofy it breaks the atmosphere lol I'm guessing this is CGI made to look like 2D animation? This looks really good. This was so good. Both the animation and focus on Yor's character. I really hope Loid and Yor reveal their true identities to each other at some point (probably at the very end of the series) and live as a happy family, even if they're technically on opposing sides. Damn, that's a long after credit scene lol. 3 and a half minutes. |

| Was waiting to see this and that was great. Always a delight to watch Yor fight, she's so strong and beautiful. The movement during the fight was so good too. Beautiful episode really, specially the part with Yor at the end. |

| As the fireworks draw upon SS Lorelei, Yor escorts her clients discreetly, as the enemy gets creative on their approach to literally sniff out the enemy, then face her on the starboard altogether. One against all has Yor in a disadvantage, though Director McMahon assists and Zeb defenses with his bulletproof vest. she's able to level with the rest of the assassins. It;s a mystical scene of fireworks and bloods shed of the lives between gamblers and assassins, it's just THAT well done with Yor pulverizing her enemies in one sling shot. The assassins already being promised money to start war, they will not let either McMahon nor Yor off, especially for one assassin that proves too much for Yor to fight against. Yor putting her assassin mission as a way to put food on her table, she's thinking of the afterlife when being forced to a corner. Who and what she s fighting for, either for Yuri or the Forgers, at this moment, she's not going to let adversities tear her down. The menace assassiun Yor, not to be trified with. How will this arc end? Yuri getting sick and remembering that he put his sister in danger when they're young, Yor making herbal tea for him...oh well, that sure failed...and times don't change. |

| Most intense Spy x Family episode yet and one of the best. This arc continues to deliver something refreshing and fun so far, especially with the amount of focus it has given to Yor which was needed. The action, the self-reflection about what Yor is doing her job for, everything was good. It is by no means the best action sequence I've seen in anime but it was effective and intense enough to still be a fun watch. I'm gonna enjoy this arc while it lasts before this series somehow becomes boring again. |

| Damn, that was a mighty intense episode for the series! It's been building up for a few eps now, so it's good to see some cool Yor-san scenes like this. It's a pity that the Director got taken out, it was fun seeing him simultaneously take care of the two cleaning roles. She was pretty insane back in the days too, lol. It definitely messed up her brother's system, lmao. I wonder if she's really going to expose herself to Loid-san and Anya-chan like this. I don't think it'll too bad but you never know... |

| The fireworks was quite the spectacle but served to frame the assassin ambush excellently. That fight against the assassins though was just amazing. The assassins sure had some interesting moments such as would be wolverine and poison mouth. Katana assassin proved to be the one that was the most dangerous yet. Yor coming back from the brink really was damm impressive. The yuri sidestory sure added some nice comedy that contrasted this action heavy ep. |

| Holy shit, this episode will have silenced the people who complain about spy x family being boring for sure. Not just one of the best spyxfamily episodes, but one of the best episodes of the season. Nonstop action and sakuga from start to finish. Absolutely amazing direction and choreography during the Yor fights. Loved the shot of the camera panning around as Yor takes on an entire circle of baddies. They went so hard with this one. I liked the whole moment when Yor realises that she’s basically doing all of this for money as well lol. Since last week, Yor’s had a little identity crisis, wondering why she does her job and who she’s actually fighting to protect. She finally has her answer and is back with a renewed since of purpose. Can’t wait for the next episode 🙏🏾 The siscon side story was a nice endcap to the episode. |

| The fight scene animations were amazing. This arc surpassed my expectations for sure. We finally got Yor's motivation for continuing to be an assassin. That was probably the best scene and there were lots of great scenes in this episode. It still amazes me that before watching this anime I thought Yor was just a cold and calculating killer pretending to be a normal mother but after watching the series she turned out to be the total opposite. The surprise was actually pretty good. |

| It was a delight seeing Yor kick all that ass, I was thinking she was actually in trouble but I was a fool for underestimating her, the director helped a lot by being there too and also added some comedy as he cleaned up after each and every kill lol. The last guy with the sword did quite a bit of damage tho and it started to look bad, but I was happy to see Yor found her reason for being an assassin again which renewed her strength and caught the sword guy off guard, if Yor quit being an assassin we would have lost one of the unique aspects of the show after all lol. And damn man they really got us with a cliffhanger there, I was completely sucked in, but I did like the after credits bit which gave us more of Yuri and Yor’s childhood, it definitely makes sense why Yuri wanted the awful tasting herb tea lol. |

| I will be probably in the minority here but I absolutely hate this episode and how they showed Yor as a brainless killing machine. Don't get me wrong, the animation and the fight choreography are top notch but I was expecting something more form a Yor centric arc. Also I can't recommend anymore SxF to people with childrens, or someone who just wants a cute and funny anime to watch. |

| When you have time to worry about your hair it's a sign that you've been uncontested for too long. About time for Yor to experience a humbling reminder that her life is at stake. A welcomed effect is a newfound motivation to do her job properly for the sake of her family. Great episode. The bloody firework wasn't half as magnificent as the director scrubbing the deck. Loved Yor's awakening and the Yuri post credit segment. |

i'm loving this yor centric arc, i hope there's more of that and this kind of longer form narrative arcs in the future of the series.
| @betaweeb this one will probably end next episode. THere are more such arcs in the manga but the closest one won't be this season unless they decide to shuffle the chapters a bit. |

| Finally, Yor got the spotlight she deserves and she was so badass. I'd wife her up for sure. I wish the animators cooked a lil bit more with the fighting scenes tho. Nevertheless, it was still a very good episode. |

@Nachtwandler_21 sounds reasonable, considering how popular this show is in japan and based on what you know of the manga's content, when would you guess season 3 will air? early 2025 or would you say it needs more time?
| @betaweeb technically, they should have enough material for another 12 episodes already. It is more that studios are probably busy with other projects so another season may take a bit. |

| This truly was a great episode for Yor, probably the best one she had in the anime so far. She's truly menacing to the point that she kills subjects left and right so fast that her director can sweep them swiftly. But not only that, her strength and perception is just far greater than what we thought initially. And when she was able to meet a killer at her level, she was able to do some introspection and really question the motivation behind her role. I'm guessing next episode we may see a conclusion to this arc with the involvement of Anya and Loid. |
