| Ah...To be honest, this is really...too realistic. LOL I'd rather see happier things happen in anime. Unrealistic things. XD Everyone's having sex so easily with others. From episode 1 up to episode 4, I can already foreshadow that something bad will happen between both Nana couples. =/ It seems pretty perfect for them right now. I kind of want to drop this anime and I kind of want to give it another chance. I dunno. I kinda hate rock music, and I skip the rock scenes from this anime... I also hate the art style. It's overly realistic for me. :C |

| She fell in love again, and hooked up with Shouji. The other Nana's story is sad, and even more compelling. She and Ren are the same since they didn't have traditional parents. Nana and her are also the same since they were abandoned by their lovers. |

Komatsu love stories were a disaster because it had never lead anywhere. Osaki love story is a disaster because she was so high that it made the fall only harder. | Surprisingly we got to Nana2's story very quickly.Wait...was she a prositute or was that guy joking? Anyways now I'm able to see the parallel of Nana.It's about two girls from two different walks of life who share the same name and have come to Tokyo to chase after their lovers.I agree Nana2's story is way more entertaining |

So both Nana are going to Tokyo after their boys? hmmm... Black Nana story is better, but also similar to white Nana. Everyone goes to Tokyo - I want too! :D oh yeah and lets not forget the sex scenes with some lame boobs drawing :| art is not best thing in this anime (face, emotions, expressions). |

| Nice to see Micheal and Nana eventually having that romantic moment Finally the backstory of other Nana, looks pretty dark and cool compared to the ''loose woman' lifestyle the first Nana had. They have a lot more in common than I thought besides their name and living circumstances. |

| One other thing I knew about NANA before going in was that it had no qualms about featuring sex as part of its story. It's something I don't see too often, as whenever it comes up, it's usually done in a fetishistic way as opposed to anything plot or character related. Here, it's definitely used as a means to establish a physical and emotional bond between characters, but NANA presents romance as easily diluted. Love isn't straightforward for either of the Nanas, and it's tempting to try and draw parallels between them. After all, the OP opens up showing both their rooms mirroring each other, possibly implying that while they're similar on the surface, they've buried a lot of emotional baggage behind their locked doors. Sex doesn't necessarily have anything to do with a long term relationship, and as circumstances change, what is thought as love can be tossed aside. That seems to be a core tenant of NANA, where it mixes flawed characters with differing, fleeting goals and an unclear impression of what they think true romance is, or if it even exists. I think they all want to love and be loved, but they keep hurting themselves and each other in the process. |
| Definitely a better change. I much prefer the mature and gothic atmosphere of the cool Nana's backstory. Can't wait to see where this goes. The characters are very well done. Truly drives this show. |
