Even with the odds seemingly stacked against him, he doesn't back down. Good episode . I like the character chemistry between Souma and Rindou quite a bit. The commentary is interesting to listen to as well regarding the food. Souma and Eizan had some decent character chemistry too imo. The part with the judges were priceless. Even they can smell the foodgasm coming their way. |

| Nice episode. 4/5 Soma's confidence was nice as always. Rindou was her amazing self. I like Eizan, but I think he was better in the manga. Anyone knows how many episodes it will have? They made 8 episodes + the 2 ova episodes out of almost 30 chapters I think. Does this mean they will also adapt a big amount of the Promotion Exams Arc? because I heard it will have 24 episodes. |

| Excellent episode. Loved the faces Eizan did when Souma was provoking him. Also love how Rindou doesn't seem like an enemy at all. Just like some cute girl who wants to eat yummy food and get some entertainment. :D 5 Chapters adapted this time, that's quiete a lot, meaning the long awaited scene will most likely be in next weeks episode. |

| The outcome was obvious but getting there is always a fun and exciting ride. Souma's message in the post-credit scene was great. Don't fuck with him or his friends because he'll fuck you up (with his cooking of course). Lmao Eizan's reactions in this episode are fucking meme-worthy. |

| Another great episode. We get Souma facing Eizan in a cooking battle while his friends protect the dormitory from the invaders. I lol'd so hard at how many shots Souma took to everyone, he's just such an awesome character. The reaction faces from Eizan were also great, knowing he fully lost and that Central doesnt mean anything to him or his friends. Very excited for the next episode. |

| Eizan's facial expressions were priceless this episode! Souma proves once again he's one of my all time favorite characters. He's so confident in what he does.. The shots he fired at Eizan and the Judges, perfect! "I'll crush your boring way of thinking that there's only one correct way to cook. Try it; It'll blow away your fossilized brain." I loved that part so much! Rindo, as character is growing to me. She's cute and can't wait to see Souma go against her some day! |

| lol I've been waiting to see those punchable meme faces of Eizan in this episode. The highlight of the shokugeki match alongside with the Rindou fanservice scenes. I also like how Souma and Rindou getting along well with each other despite being technically enemies. Satisfying to see Eizan get rekt despite his manipulation skills and the bribed judges. Sweet victory for Souma and the Polar Star Gang. |

| Eizan's faces are something to behold, what the fuck XD Jesus, Souma's dish is something i would wanna try in an instant, that looked DELICIOUS! Everyone of Polar Star made this dish and Erina is taking into account that random tryouts work to give dishes a surprising taste. |

| I really loved this battle in the manga, and I can happily say that J.C. Staff did an outstanding job of adapting this battle for Polaris Dorm's survival. It had a great build-up, the art and animation quality is the best I've seen so far in this third season, especially when it came to Eizan's hilarious facial expressions that would make a clown ragequit its job in jealousy. XD Rindo supplied us with a slightly reserved, but tempting foodgasm reaction to Soma's dish by holding her lovely bust for the camera. =3 Looking forward to seeing the next part of the arc being adapted. =) |
| I love how they used washed out tones in contrast to the food to keep that sense of a foreboding situation. Eizan got f**ked up real bad in this, with yukihiras psychological game Is the food portrayed a real representation 'cause I wanna eat it so badly 😋😅😅 |

| Eizan faces were great, surely he actually underestimated Souma, not working his 100%. Still, they could at least use Foodgasm theme there cause somehow it felt like it was no big deal for Yukihira, no real challenge. Even the reaction to the food weren't so great. But with challenges yet to come I guess they are keeping it for more important moments. |

| This episode made me erect. Soma is such a damn badass. It's so incredibly refreshing. I wish this win would've allowed Soma into the Elite 10. But it was so awesome how he called them out like that at the end. The sweetest part about this victory is that this dish is the culmination of everyone at the dorm. Now I'm intrigued to see if Erina is going to be a permanent resident there too. Phenomenal episode. P.S. Dear lord is Rindou fine as all hell. |
