I'm in shock, I've been following him since Samurai Champloo. I haven't felt this way about a famous person's death in the longest time. I just don't know what else to say. RIP Jun Seba. "I'm starting to think mal is run by Xinil generating electricity on a bicycle." - idklol |

His music captured the atmosphere of Samurai Champloo perfectly. Another gifted person to die at such an young age.. R.I.P. |

Beatnik said: I haven't felt this way about a famous person's death in the longest time. I guess I should edit this, as it's ironic that Nujabes was renowned for NOT being in the limelight. I just read Shing02's comment and this is just gonna depress me for a while, hard to believe there wont be any more new Nujabes. Well, apparently there's still unreleased material waiting to be heard, so there's that at least. And the fact that he practically created a genre that is still going strong today thanks to the likes of Nomak, etc. Incidentally, the Wiki page says the car crash happened the same day of an earthquake. This is terrible. He was so talented and had so much to show to the world... Life is really unfair. Rest in peace. |

I never listened to any of his music outside of Samurai Champloo, but these are terrible news indeed. Rest in peace, Nujabes. |
