I remember you talking about having problems with your joints before, but I didn't know it was this rather all-encompassing. I'm sorry to hear that and wish you all the best.
Your wall mount sounds amazing though, I hope it helps with lessening the eye strain.

I've also remembered Space Dandy, whose second season is even broadcast in the regular Toonami block at the moment. I wanted to watch that dubbed myself since the animation is usually stellar, but because I habitually watch subbed my autopilot just kicked in and I forgot about it. And once I'm familiar with a certain set of voices it's hard for me to just switch it mid-season.

That's too bad. It's not something serious I hope?
I looked through the list of anime I've seen dubbed to see if I could recommend you a few of them, but either you've seen them already or they're not worth recommending in the first place. The exception is Tokyo Godfathers, which is all around delightful and should you ever be in the mood for vampires then Vampire Hunter D or Black Blood Brothers might also be worth a shot.

University is still going good and usually there's also enough time to spend with other things, but when the workload really gets going it definitely encroaches on the time I have for anything else. I'm quite confident that it will be worth it and I do enjoy most of, but I also wouldn't be the first graduate to not find a job in my chosen field. Tough times, I guess.

Yeah, Central Anime definitely did an amazing job with the subs. So much so in fact that I even ramped up the other series they've done on my PTW just because of their involvement =).
I'll watch the third LOGH movie today and after a small break I will also definitely continue with the prequel OVAs. Since my semester break started I've gone through quite a lot of my anime backlog and the next semester is free from internships, so hopefully I won't have to take a break amidst watching them as I had to do with LOGH (and anime in general).

Also good to see you back on MAL more actively =). How have you been?

Because of all the sports anime this season I was really in the mood for another one and remembered that you spoke highly of Major. Thanks to you I've found another great series =).
For the past 5 days I have done barely anything else in my free time but watch Major and have just now finished the last OVA ( I haven't yet seen the movie though).
It really was a great series that was well worth the crazy marathon sittings and neglecting studies for a couple of days =).

Cheers - a wise choice :)

What kinda sports are you into? I'm a bit of a sports enthusiast too as of lately. Shinjeki sounds like a good start, but there are many great series out there just waiting for u :)

Hah, I looked at your list ... and that's a lot of anime! I like your ratings too for the most part, you have good taste in anime and manga.
I'm mostly on a josei binge right now since I'm genuinely enjoying almost every josei I stumble upon, next on my list is Usagi Drop, which I hear is excellent. If you have any suggestions, I'd gladly add them to my list!

PS: I would recommend you try http://myanimelist.net/anime/1210/NHK_ni_Youkoso!

I finished, would never have thought it would be that much of an amazing anime. 3rd season brought an amazing close to the series
