| They look nice, but I'd ditch the weird shapes or work on them more, because as of now it doesn't look very good imo. Also it's horrible if the head of the render or another part is just cut off like in the ZnT sig. Keep it up though :3 |

| yea about ZnT sig i did really late at night and noticed head is cut off only after i uploaded it and i didnt even save psd then i finished. thanks for constructive critisism it really helps i will try work or stop shaping backgrounds ^_^ |

| I really like the idea of the third one. I wished you had worked more on the bottom though. It would've been nicer, if it went seamless with the background of deviant art. I'm sorry for the weird choice of words and I hope you get my point nevertheless :s |

| @Ryugen - I totally missed that... I may go and fix it later as it would be really easy to. @animeoppai - I think it looks really nice. It's simple yet has a cool look/feeling to it @Teizen - The actual smudge it self is pretty good, but I think you got lazy on the lighting. The lighting still looks good, but it just seems like it could have been a lot better. For instance it looks light you just did one soft brush press over each area, when instead if you followed along the yellow part with a smaller size, it may look a lot better. Overall I still think it looks great. |

| @JEAV Thanks for the input, and yeah i basically just did a soft brush press over each area:P Have changed it a bit now, let me know what you think @rusette I guess you've already done this but if you havnt check some tutorials out there and try to follow them exactly. Believe me ive tried smudging a ton of times but got so frustrated that i gave up, this is the second time i really try:P The biggest mistake i made was that i kept smudging in straight lines. Just try to smudge in circles and shapes and change the brush size frequently. Also ive found that a regular hard round brush at 90% str works best |

| Thanks guys /o\ @Jeav: Yeah I gotta get used to topaz a bit more and I already reduced it so much, cause the default setting was really extreme and the typo on the left and right wasn't even visible anymore. I guess you're right, I should erase some parts. Thanks \o/ @Sylinchen: Personally, even though I like blue so much, I don't like it, because it's so bright at some parts. But objectively it looks stunning as always :3 Though I dunno if it's just me, but I think there is no depth. |

| @gameriuxlt: To the first one, I think it's a bit boring. It's also very pale and maybe try to improve your text work a bit more. The second one looks a bit more interesting, but personally I don't like it very much. I can't really tell what you added and what was already there either. I'm not sure if that's good or bad though lol What I said about the second sig goes for the third sig too, except maybe that part about not being able to tell what you did. But also here, try improving your text, I'll link you to a nice typography tutorial at the end of my post. The fourth.. well it's a bit chaotic, in every sense of the word. And the size is a bit small for that render too. And well ... the text. | Okay so here goes the long post - @gamer - The first sig look decent, but i think it would be a lot better with blue bars The second one I think you could cut away quite a bit from the right side since it really is just left black. I like the lighting a lot in this one though The third one, I think it would have been better to have some stock image behind everything rather then just black canvas. Also try to make the blue on the c4ds glow a bit -------- @Sylinchen - The position of the renders face. Kinda too far up and left. Also aside from the lighting and render it looks pretty empty/plain. The text looks awesome though. -------- @Isa - The first one looks really cool and the depth is pretty awesome. Pretty simple overall The second one looks really good, but I think the topaz ruined the depth quite a bit. Maybe it could use some blurring. The text looks amazing as usual. |

But it wasn't supposed to have depth in the first place. I found it looked so nice like this, so I left it this way. I guess topaz kinda stole my heart orz. And wth, that's the worst typo I ever managed to do /o\ Even the one on the Neytiri sig is better. @gameriuxlt: I'll just say one thing, because Jeav more or less pointed everything out and that is, please stay away from weird fonts orz |

| I especially like the second one, gameriuxlt. You don't always have to follow the rule of thirds, it's just a nice rule of thumb to use as a reference. I think the one with the C4Ds is a little lacking, though. You should have something other than just a bunch of C4Ds thrown together. I'll usually have a background image or vectors/effects. Try to do a little with it. |
| i used on first one some effects but i tryed to keep it at minimum as for second one i used only png's/render and layaer adjustments filters etc |

| @gameriuxlt: I also think the second sig looks really nice. The text looks good too and a lot better than in previous works. It would look even better if at least the "Natsu" was more visible I could imagine. As for the first one, Ryugen covered it, but I want to add that maybe make the text a bit smaller and move it more to the render (to the right), because it's a bit close to the border. Also, about the rule of thirds. You don't necessarily need to use it as reference, but maybe it's a good idea for beginners. I never use that rule though. |

I made a signature and posted it on Photobucket, and then I pasted the URL into my signature in between the [ img ] brackets, but it just shows up as the BBcode itself rather than the image. Help? |

That's because the img bbcode for the forum is currently broken and hasn't been fixed yet and to my knowledge won't be anytime soon. |
