| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Whoa, this definitely gave me the K feel (in terms both of visuals and soundtrack). I think the first episode was a so-so start. The concept seems interesting at least. I'm not impressed by Masaru's character so far yet though..just something seems off about him that I can't quite like yet. Break is such a bully lol, a badass one but also has a sort of bad boy attitude. Koyori is adorable though imo. I'm guessing the show will explore a lot with the characters' powers like Masaru's supernatural sword. The battle choreography looks decent but the fan service looked so awkward. |

| Lots of different uses of animation here and camera usage. More than I expected tbh. Some of the CGI animation (at least, I think it was) was okay, but there was some really awkward ones like the explosions, etc. |

| Animation is total shit. Whoever directed this has not a clue about camerawork. The CGI animation is horrendous. How can you fuck up a CGI-animation of a fkin chain? Even the colouring seems off. What a trainwreck. Well, at least they got a 24/7 breast-jiggle animations to entertain the virgins. |

| I have no idea what I just watched, it was a poor use of 3D/CGI. It really seemed like they were torn between going with 2D animation or 3D so they made the world 3D and the characters 3D but with a 2D style to them, I wasn't really a fan. I'll probably stick with it to see if it improves but that first episode was a piss poor showing |

| I expected it to be good cause I loved K but I didn't really like this yet. Characters are interesting, concept can be interesting. The animation hurt my eyes and the perverted scenes where highly unneccesary, definitly continueing though because I still have expectations x) |

| I usually watch an anime until the episode 3 to decide if I'll continue or not, but... I don't think I'll do this with Hand Shakers. One episode was enough for me to dislike it really bad. The soundtrack was good, but I don't know what the hell they wanted to do with the animation, my head started to hurt in a few seconds. And I don't think that was a great way to start an anime that wasn't written "THIS IS AN ECCHI" with all letters. I just can't. Got my first drop of the season. |

| I already gave up on the plot and dialogue. That was hilariously bad. I'm totally gonna watch for the animation though. There was some bad skipping by the end, but if it goes right, it's some crazy shit to experience. |
| A very confusing episode i must say, everything just started randomly. The animation and art style are good but the CGI definitely needs some work. Personally i enjoyed the episode even though i have no idea what the fuck happened for the most part because there wasn't exactly any explanation. The characters look nice and the MC reminds me of K's Shiro a bit. Speaking of it, i got massive K vibes from this. Let's just hope the next episodes will give more explanation. And one last thing i must address was the fanservice, i usually don't mind it, but here it felt a bit awkward. |

| Managed 15 mins of this garbage and gave up. The animation is a disaster of CGI and 2d animation. add in a crappy plot and some very shiny hair and wobbling boobs are literally the best thing about it. Train wreck of the season confirmed |
| Sometimes more doesn't mean better. Hand Shakers art and animation are prove for this. GoHands wanted this series to more unique and brighter than K series and this is a result. |

| I have to say, the stuff that happened was somewhat fine. But the animation, god daaaaaaaaaaamn that was terrible, blinding light every now and then, terrible 3D and the camera spinning like crazy. Also as someone who likes fanservice I cringed so hard when that Lily I think her name was entered the scene with her everjiggling, oversiyed tits it was completely unnecesary. And don't get me started on that bondage crap. I was not expecting much and this was a lot below "not much". |

| I like GoHands but they really need to work on their background to 2D animations. First 15 seconds you can already see poor animations. Look at the white lines on the ground and how they move from one side of the main characters shoe to the other while he doesn't even move. Also character movement speed doesn't match the movement of the background either, very out of place, as if they're sliding across. The rolling explosion gave me a cringe chill too. All this in the first minute only. Jeez this show is gonna visually trigger me. While I do like their choice of camera angles, music and colors, I'm really bothered at how... lazy their stuff feels now. But I guess in the end, all people want are some flashy colorful things on their screen and end up calling it good animation. Now to watch the leftover 22 minutes. |

| Music was good but the animation of the background items was like something that belongs in a video game and ONLY a video game while the characters are just "pretty". Aside from that, I feel like the story is like Divine Gate just had a love child with Qualidea Code or something. I'm just like...unsure how to feel after watching this but the only good part was the end. The fanservice was awkward as hell and really didn't make sense and of course the trippy breast animation instantly reminded me of Occultic;Nine. This is coming from someone who usually doesn't mind watching ecchi anime. Overall, this gets a 5/10. |

| I am so torn on how i feel about this, this definitely wasnt good, but it wasnt as bad as a lot are making it out to be. This does feel like one of those shows that are going to be a trainwreck though And even as someone who doesnt mind fanservice, the fanservice here was dumb and unnecessary. |

| Finally finished the episode and man, those CGI'd chains just bothers me so much. I'm grateful for all the succulent fanservice, which honestly isn't a surprise with how much there was in K. That student council prez is real busty but it felt very off when hers were bouncing. Bondage girl would be okay if the awful chains weren't CGI'd. Apparently she dies if you let her hand go but seeing as how he tosses her to deflect an attack during one of the opening fight sequences, it's more likely there are rules. Heck, if the chain guy can let go of bondage girl, the MC can probably too under some conditions, unless stepping on her privates counts as a hand shake. |
