| It used to be PG-13 I wonder why it changed because the licensors themselves even have listed it as PG-13 http://madokamagicausa.com/product-combo3.php Hell even the films were rated G in Japan. (Though they're PG-13 through the licensor.) There's nothing to point it towards needing a 17+ rating. DBZ is way more brutal than this show. |
