| Another great episode! It was great seeing Kakyoin back in action, since he is my favorite character. It was great to hear his theme song - "Virtous Pope" - I think they have not played it so far this season. The car race was pretty intense. Unfortunately, it looks like he will lose, since they are three guys and he got to play against DÁrby first. I hope they find some way to turn it around, though, since Kakyoin really has not had a chance to shine this season, and I was hoping that would be it. Anyway, great episode as always, countdown to DIO getting closer...can't wait! |

But in both cases, they decide to not destroy the building, but to enter and deal with the traps instead. It might seem like a dumb decision, but there's one very big reason why it's good that they do it... ...it's a lot more entertaining to watch :P |

But let`s think of a way to justify why they don`t just simply burn down the building. Me? I got nada at the moment. You got any? Did you watch the first season of JJBA? Dio and his servants would most likely not perish from a mere house fire... |

They want to get the job done quickly and quietly, it's basically an assassination mission. Besides, it's not like setting the building on fire would do jack shit to DIO in the first place. If Avdol thought burning him to death would work, he would have tried that awhile ago. His flames aren't even that effective against Polnareff, let alone DIO. |

Let's suppose for a sec that bombing Dio's mansion would manage to kill him (which considering everything else Dio has managed to survive is doubtful), the Speedwagon foundation is a privately funded organisation focused on bettering mankind. It's doubtful that they would own any bombers for an airstrike and they wouldn't have the time left to acquire one before Holly dies. Even if they did have the time and resources to bomb/airstrike the mansion, blowing the building up would likely be considered an act or terrorism and would cause mass civil unrest in Egypt. That would be a pretty villainous thing for our protagonists to do. In comparison, burning down the mansion seems like a better idea :p. |

A fire wouldn't really do anything... Plus like it was already mentioned, that'd make a scene. Their goal is to kill DIO without unnecessary deaths, not to add to the death count. I mean it's really obvious, DIO doesn't want those damn kids on his lawn. |

Even if that wasn`t the case, SWF will have some pulls as far as convincing fire officials or police to not to bother. Either that or Joseph can call SWF a team of fire extinguish crew with just one phone call. As far as damage to Dio, even if it doesn`t kill him, it will definitely force Dio to come out. Remember, we know Dio`s stand ability but Crusaders don`t at this point. It`s better if the crusaders force him to come out. Most of all, it will affect the remaining enemy stand users. They are trying to save the world. I don`t think they would care about onlookers. No don't say that. Judging from Joseph’s advice to Avdul, I think some part of the building would definitely burn. They know that there are traps in the mansion. They wouldn`t hesitate to kill Dio`s remaining minions either so causing few more deaths wouldn`t be a problem. They have killed some enemy stand users already But like someone said above, if they did that , it wouldn`t be JJBA. :D He could have said that to put on a show, to say like "you may have us separated, but that's not going to stop us." Or he could have just not been thinking too. Also I don't think you understand what unnecessary means vs necessary... Enemy stand users trying to kill them are kind of necessary deaths. Unnecessary would be any sort of fireman or police officer or random person noticing a fire coming near the mansion and dying due to it, which was kinda already mentioned. |

Even if people can't see the flames they would see random massive destruction of the building and it would cause a commotion. If you want to get technical about it, Magician Red's "stand fire" would cause other fires (gas and electric) within the building that aren't stand produced, which people would be able to see also. It would pretty much cause a full blown war in the middle of the town and get tons of people killed. This is why actual military operations aren't conducted on a "just burn it all down!" basis anymore, or at least not as often. I don`t think they would care about onlookers. Throughout the entire series they go out of their way to try and save/protect innocents along the way. Jotaro and the nurse, runaway girl, the little girl with Steely Dan, Polnareff's "girlfriend", Iggy with the little boy, etc. This isn't a group of cutthroats that just throws away civilian life for the sake of their mission. We often see them putting themselves in harm's way in order to protect each other as such. Major spoiler |

| Man looks like Jotaro will be fighting him I hoped they would just end it with Kakyoin winning so they can get to Dio faster or a Polnareff fight :(, some parts were pretty intense though. |
