| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That gold armor is beautiful....filled with glory and style. The episode itself had good energy and action was solid in the second half, like a clash of two titans. It also focuses on some new characters which I find quite refreshing. Not sure what I think about the rocket punch though....that seems a bit out of place. Overall good episode. |

| the longer this show goes on the more i wish it was a 1 cour anime. it feels like it lost quite abit of steam by now. barely worth watching for me at this point. |

| Aw at people trying hard to help Alfonso but failing. Some more bonding between Lara and Leon n aw at Lara's mother hoping that Leon and Lara will get married. |

| Meh, I want to see Leon coming back strong and getting either his armor back or some new armor, not the peasants building a frickin tin suit to kill a bear. Yes, and Alfonse is perfect and everyone loves him. Got it. |
| Damn, what the heck happened? Why all this aimless filler stuff? Where is the next part of the plot? There weren't even really any good themes this episode or a badass horror design to make me scream, "SO FREAKING METAL". I mean okay, it wasn't BAD but it certainly wasn't good. This episode was basically entirely filler... All that was accomplished in it was killing a bear and the old guy saying Leon will likely move on at some point... Disappointed... Another thing, they have technology for ROCKET PUNCHES in this time period? That seemed so out of place to me, not really a criticism just we never saw stuff like that before. I hope the series picks up again soon because so far the 2nd cour is fairly underwhelming. |
| With a bunch of craftsmen wanting to make the legendary armour. It was quite entertaining to see them test their products. The engine and intestines... lol. I still sort of enjoyed this episode confirming Alfonso's resolve and more importantly the answer of just what sort of people a person would want to protect. It was pretty nice to just see that the protected can fight back too! The special attack though lol. Lara saying that Leon can stay forever <3. can't wait for an event of true realization of what he must do. Really can't imagine what sort of event would make his resolve unbreakable! |

I thought for a moment they would build and rebuild the armor until they actually built a carbon copy of Garo's armor so technically there would be two golden knights, Alfonso and Leon who would eventually wear the copy, which would make for an interesting twist... but nope. Just filler. Go away ¬_¬ |

| Was gonna call this episode pointless except for three things. 1- Lara washing Leo's back. 2- The old man saying that Leo someday will leave. 3- "The people we protect aren't weak." |
| I hope the old man lines of Leon burden mean he will leave next episode, and Lara will presumably join him. Worst episode so far, none of the 3 main characters were relevant and it hurt. |
| Man this show really went down hill. Im sure theres a reason. Im guessing these characters and themes will come in to play sometime in the near future. But i cant help but see nothing but death flags. |

| I liked this episode, of course there are going to be some filler episodes as this is going to be 24 episodes with a confirmed second season already. Sometimes a change of pace is good. It was enjoyable so stop complaining! |
| Geez, what are those people even doing... The flying chunk of that armor almost killed the real Golden Knight there-_-' But I guess it's nice to see Herman stick to Alfonso's side, I'm sure the fact alone makes Alfonso's burdain a little easier and provides him the sense that he's not alone in this and still has someone to count on if he needs help. Leon/Lara is pretty much a given at this point, it seems. |

It's fine to create an armor if they want but to play hero... as if they could really go against real monsters with a good looking armor >< And seriously... intestines? it's a bit disgusting >< Also can't believe people actually went to them for help thinking they were the knight of light or whatever... |

| Another episode that does not directly affect the course of story, and apparently the next will also be so For me the only character who been shown to be interesting in the story is Leon, but he little has appeared, I hope the plot submit more developments .. |

| Still continue the stories that are part of the main one, however, doing a little advance the above. I do not mind at all this script, because you long to grow the characters and events in a natural way and show that the secondary ones were not just mere appearances, but they are part of the actual cast. Very good drawings and animations, the relationship between Leon and Lara, is maturing...good ! |

| I didn't find it that bad. I don't know why people are so upset about it. It was nice seeing normal people trying to make something. BTW that bear was really monstrous. |
| This felt like Shirobako but with armor building instead of anime production. Show's really taking it's time to find much of a point to continue. Leon's ship strikes me as one doomed to fail. He does need something to kickstart his return to being a Makai Knight and maybe it would require destroying the comfy rural life he's growing accustom too. |

| I thought I wouldn't feel this episode, but it was actually refreshing to just see some average citizens doing their part to rebuild. Respect to the craftsmen for taking on that bear, that suit of armor was ridiculous. The little bit at the end with Alfonso and Herman talking about the roles of the protected and protectors was nice as well, gives a touch of the value in their part as guardians. |

| Okay, I take back what I said about Lara x Leon back in episode 13 discussion thread: I now officially ship them. Don't know what makes ppl so mad tho; just because there's no plot development doesn't make it automatically a bad episode. |
