| Less fun of the previous episode, the plot that is not a problem in the follow, row smoothly. Start a new journey and I hope it is also interesting. Not bad soundtrack. |

| I think the next episode is the true first episode of the show, the story of the traveling girls in motorcycles to promote rock peace over Japan. |

| It's been early in the show so far, but you can't escape the comparisons of this to KLK. To be more accurate, as ThreePointer wrote, it kind of looks like a Trigger production. I think that's fairly accurate, especially when you consider who co-founded the studio: Hiroyuki Imaishi. When you look at his stuff as director, animation director (even CG director/direction), you notice the kind of style he brought to the anime he worked on when he was with Gainax. RG does have some surface similarities to FLCL and even Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi. There's even a dash of Mahoromatic thrown in, particularly the more frenetic stuff it had. So yeah, Rolling Girls looks so far more like a distant cousin to some Gainax anime, rather than to Trigger itself. It's too early to see if it'll keep up, but if some other studios out there learned from the Gainax classics, the future of anime doesn't look too bad, I think. |

| Had a blast watching this. Colorful and so much fun. Until this episode, I thought the show was about Ma-chan and her rival. What I like about the show so far is the insane fight scenes and Nozomi being totally oblivious to imminent death, but with the Maccha Gree—I mean Ma-chan and the Great Executioner Safety Pin woman in the hospital and the moe younger girls starting a road trip, I'm not sure that will keep going. The four of them are non-combatants. BUT if they are going to settle disputes between squads, then maybe we'll get to see some crazy action and Mako Mankanshoku-esque logic. Or maybe the Moe Motorcycle Gang will get some Magical girl powers from those heart stones or something. I think it'd be funny if Ma-chan and her rival were in the same hospital room and threw paper wads at each other. Like a 30 second "Meanwhile, at the hospital" flashback once an episode. And we always need more Crocodile-san. |

| I like this show a lot. The characters feel like characters, and even the background ones bring some sort of life to themselves instead of being still frames the whole time. It's also hilarious to watch them get hit with surprise kicks and punches when you think the enemy is down. The way Shigyo got hit with the balloon was the funniest bit of the episode. Nozomi is cute, and I hope Masami isn't gone for too long. She's cool. I knew this would be my type of anime. | Man, I don't know what the fuck is happening in that show xD But I love it. The craziness remind me a little bit of FLCL, but FLCL had a more serious tone and more absurdness. Nozomi reaction to her sister being Maccha Green was kinda sad. It's like someone destroyed her dream into piece. Kinda like telling a hard-believing children that Santa is not real. Dat slight blush of Chiaya... :3 This will be moe! |

| Chiaya is so cute!!! Great episode...the rollercoaster scene basically reminded me of why I'm terrified of rollercoasters lmao The four girls are now together...looks like the story's ready to begin. :D |

| lol that was by far the laziest attempt I've ever seen to group a main cast together. It's pretty fun though and I feel like kyousougiga gets left out a lot in these comparison things. |
| This episode felt very FLCL like, among other things because of the youth is a journey theme and some cinematography like a catchy rock song with meaningful lyrics while kicking ass. Remarkable, think it's the first time I find anything quite like it. I understand why people feel like drawing comparisons between this anime and KlK, but it only misses the point of both anime. In terms of atmosphere and plot stakes, KlK is closer to a pure revenge story like Gun x Sword than to this. Saying things like Klk tried to be a Rolling Girls is dumbfounding. |
