Clannad I guess. I haven't really read all that many sad manga. Actually, I think it's the only one.

the most saddest (and frustrating!) manga that i've read is:
3 years (shoujo)
yeah, it's your typical love story with an unexpected ending, but i don't like it ;n;
i felt like cursing and ranting and throwing tantrums after reading it.
the ending is happy, but also un-happy at the same time.
(spoiler? the main hero doesn't end up with the heroine)

*not really my type of ending _ _" argh so depressing.

Voices of a Distant Star, and Our Happy Time. Both of them make so so freakin' emotional, it's crazy. I've read VoaDS a half dozen times, cried each time.

There's Inochi (not completely translated yet), it's sad and it left me in a position where I'm on my nerves/frustrated for quite numerable times.

And Pandora Hearts T^T This manga is legend. It might look confusing in many times, but you'll get to it if you progressed into the manga. And I won't spoiler you anything, but it does make you cry quite a few times.

Savage Garden, I'm not sure if you'll cry in this (I didn't, but it hs t its own kind of sadness), it's a gender-bender though. (Girl dressed as boy)

In the drama, they even showed us her real photos at the end of every ep!

Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan

I definitely saw it coming after just starting the manga, but as the ending became apparent I definitely started sobbing like no tomorrow before it even got there.

At first it was ''Lovers and Souls'' by Miyamoto Kano sensei, but recently I re-read ''Let Dai'' and it is definitely the most depressing and the saddest manga/manhwa/comic (along Sandman) I've ever read...I cried almost at every chapter (usually I do not cry THAT easily)...not to mention that I was depressed for a few days because of it.

I'm not sure if this counts since the manga isn't complete yet, but Tegami Bachi is by far the saddest to me. Almost every chapter is a tearjerker.

Or maybe I'm just a softie.

Well i nearly shed a tear with unbalanced x2 although, this most likely is because I'm quite an emotional person myself. It pains me to see the main characters have conflicts with each other.

Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari
It made me feel so many emotions. I nearly cried throughout a good chunk of the manga. At the end, I was devastated! After that, I read the other Deep Love mangas and nearly everyone of them had me feeling so sad! Except for Host, not Host. The Ayu story I re-read several times, I just couldn't help feeling as bad as I did! And now I'm rambling....anyway sad manga. The saddest I've ever read!

Has to be Koizora. God.. the ending was so unexpected ;_;
And Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu, that was pretty damn sad.
I have to say though, Deep Love wasn't that sad. Ayu's just stupid, really. Almost there, but yeah.. no >.>

I'm THE softie, so I don't want to read too much sad stuff ^^'

The saddest one by far I believe would be Watashi no Shiawase na Jikan.

Then I think Onani Master Kurosawa.

Honorable mentions, imo:
Bokurano
Shadow Star
Bitter Virgin
Modern Stories of the Bizarre

Eien no With was the only one that made me cry.
But sad/depressed?
Watashitachi no Shiawase Jinkan (I think that's how it was written) was probably the most depressing thing I've ever read.
