Or physical contact in general? Where do you draw the line? Where is it even fit to draw the line? Some guys I know can't even give a brohug without getting weirded out. Are you one of them? Or do you take more pleasure in jumping on their backs, slapping them on the ass and yelling, "RUN LIKE THE WIND, BITCH!"

This study is purely scientific. Really.

Same where I'd draw the line to people I'm not in love with in general whether they be males or females: kissing.

I don't like being touched. By anybody. Ever.

But it's nothing to do with bromance, since I'm not a man, and have little interaction with any men at all.

Pats on the back and shoulders or hand on the heads are ok. Pushing each other is fine too, but jumping on each other and hugging is just gay.

Damn, more arbitrary slangs.

Okay, then. Under that definition: brohugs is manly. Bros who fear that shit is a pansy (I don't want to be too extreme here.) But just don't dangle the shaft, or.. do that horse riding shit like the OP said.

Its only gay if you like it in a sexual way. Hugging another dude because you are happy or whatever is no big deal. Even if it feels good. Hugging another good and getting sexually turned on means you have a bit of the gay.

trust me I know. I have all of the gay.
Incidently I haven't been with many guys that really like kissing anyway. (on the lips anyway. best not to say much more. ;) )

Well, I'm a straight guy who's been friends with straight guys that act homo, gay guys that act straight, and gay guys that are just straight up gay, and also ones that dress like girls.

I've been hugged and ass-slapped by all and most of these types of individuals, and the point I draw the line is lips...

although I've done some pretty daring stuff before, all this bromance stuff is just for fun and shouldn't really been taken seriously.

I've always been wondering about stereotypes of gay people. Like, as a "couple", do one of them represent masculine (or remotely so) and the other feminine? And what about all those guys that sound and act like girls? Are they truly homosexuals, or are they just too feminine which are actually liked by the girls?

sugoi-otaku is RIGHT.

but I'll answer anyways, I've seen couples that don't really have archetypical romance of dominant vs passive; they just seem like any other couple... BUT DUDE, IT'S A FUCKING TRIP, if you actually witness two guys making out... they're so passionate. haha. It depends, some guys are just feminine but are actually as straight as any other guy, but others... are pretty much gay. Walk around San Francisco, you'll become an expert within a few minutes.

Most gays are actually quite masculine. You just see fairies more because they stand out. Go to a decent gaybar (especially leather bars), and most (or a good deal; it depends on area) of the guys you see are big burly biker types.
