| I still don't approve romance but I love the execution of the story and how consistent it is. Nike is pretty damn good MC. Livius is such a tsundere, not bad. But he really is short. I am loving the song. This anime has such a nostalgic feel to it. It takes me all the way back to the time when I first started anime... 8.5/10 |

| These two have a very unexpected sweet chemistry which makes it fun to watch. I was afraid to watch at 1st because of the height and age difference but surprisingly it did not bothered me now. And Nike's VA is really good. Love the king's adult attitude too despite his age. The only downside is that "Tender rain" part. The english is really awkward to hear even though the song is good. Hehe. |

| Eh didn't like it too much? I just don't like that brats attitude when he's trying to be cool or "seductive" but when he's quiet or being/trying to be nice he's not too bad, I hope he'll drop that attitude soon. I just can't handle the fact that he's 15 and looks like he's 12 or something I guess. I did find it a bit annoying she ended up using her power, even though her intentions weren't "enterain the people" it ended up resulting in it nontheless, which makes her earlier statement about it being a "sacred ritual used for the greater good of the country" useless. It was to help the little king and all, I understand, but it did feel a bit weak/like she was giving in, idk, it just felt like she kind of lost her backbone thorough the episode. I understand she has to "warm up" to the king in order for them to fall in love somwhere in the serie but it doesn't mean she has to become a pushover who ends up using her power for every little event all the time ._. I really liked the fact she didn't at first so yeah, not really digging this development. |
| I just lose it at "it's a tennnnder rainnnn" every time. Other than that, another enjoyable episode. I love light hearted shows like this |

| Imagine the shit storm that would've happened in this forum had Livius been the adult one kissing an underage Nike. Astarotte no Omocha is a wonderful show that's scored very lowly here because of the supposed inappropriateness of the MC's relationship with the tsundere loli princess due to the age gap. I'm sure many people who watched that show dropped it on the 1st episode for said reason even though the synopsis was greatly misleading and the majority of the show barely dealt with the supposedly inappropriate relationship (it's actually a very touching and light-hearted show just like this). | Really liked this episode. The comedy was great, the subtly was great, the climax was so good. Yeah, I'm loving the pacing of this. I think this was chapter two, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm glad there's still more to come! It's such a refreshing shoujo, with a great setting and solid characters. weird_maybe said: Cute episode. The song's nice except for the " It's a tender rain ". | I really like this anime so far. I hope it continues well. I like the relationship between the king and Nike. It doesn't bother me one bit that he looks like a kid and he's shorter. It kind of reminds me of A Bride's Story manga where a boy is also married to an older female. |

| The music really enhances it's capability to be enjoyed. ^^ Plot is still shuffling along, but I really like the king after all. XD Despite his contradicting attitudes towards Nike. Nike didn't quite live up to the manga version! http://2.p.mpcdn.net/9361/145651/31.jpg Tbh, though the adaptation is following the manga, it cuts out little scenes here and there, and also changes some things. If it follows the next chapter, we get a love rival it seems. :O |

This is the first arranged-marriage anime I've watched O.o I didn't really like Nike's appearance in the party o.o I don't know why =P |

| Quite honestly this series is my favorite of this season, I like me some shoujo and both leads are extremely likeable. I read ahead in the manga a bit and am excited to see where this is all going. |

| Yea, it was a kiss. The show is damn cute, but the main couple still creeps me out, so its still 7/10 in my book. I guess shota just wont be my cup of tea... |
