Three Days Grace?
I know one song by Linkin Park so I'm not really 'qualified' to make recommendations.

Wrong section. Its actually kind of hard to match similar style to Linking park as they mix a few genres into some homogenized ooze.

Breaking Benjamin
Digital Summer
Static-X
Mindless Self Indulgence
Stabbing Westward

Hollywood Undead is pretty similar.
There's no need for all this tension.

They sound similar to me (white guy rap/rock) and pretty much everyone else. Sorry, you like one and not the other but I'm pretty sure this a common suggestion.

I don't think you understand what completely numb was trying to say. He doesn't appear to like Hollywood Undead.

The Linkin Park songs you described are from back when they were primarily Nu-Metal. Searching for other artists in that genre would be your best bet. Try Korn, Limp Bizkit, Early Deftones are a few good choices that I've listened to.

If you want exactly like Linkin Park, I suggest DangerKids, who recorded their debut album with Rise Records.

Dangerkids. They are pretty much exactly what linkin park would have sounded like if they had started now a days. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CiXrpsPPtMo

Three Days Grace
The Offspring
Thousand Foot Krutch
Hollywood Undead
Papa Roach
Adelitas Way
Rise Against
These are all I could think of right now.

Linkin Park have a pretty distinct sound. It's difficult to think of someone who sounds truly similar. Since they're nu metal, looking for more nu metal bands, and alternative metal to some extent, would be your best bet. The ones that come to mind first are Korn and Deftones.

Linkin Park is pretty generic tbh. Also this thread was brought back by a necromancer so your post is kinda pointless sorry :/

Dangerkids is like a cross between Hybrid Theory/Meteora era LP and more modern stuff like Crown The Empire and A Day To Remember, I'd recommend checking them out. They also put on a pretty great show if you're the type to go to concerts. I'd also recommend Deftones; I really don't understand how they're considered nu metal but their music is similar enough that I can say someone who likes LP would most likely also enjoy Deftones.

If your looking for that old Linkin Park sound from Hybrid Theory & Meteora, then check out the band FROM INSIDE from the UK...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_sIu5WIObM&

They even took their name from a LP song (they said in an interview) but changed it slightly.

Hope this is what your after?!

Well, I have nothing against you and your musical tastes, but commercial money-making boybands can not be compared in any way to Linkin Park.

It's natural for a person to deny he's a failure as a human being. That's why he searches for somebody who is more miserable than himself. That's why so much animosity exists on the internet. Those who aren't able to find a more miserable person, turn to the internet and call other people losers, even though they've never met. Just to make themselves feel superior. There's a sense of security that comes from speaking badly of someone else. But that isn't true salvation. — Tatsuhiro Satou

It's not about being commercial, they don't even do the same kind of music... OD is objectively bad. It's like if you tell me you like Justin Bieber, it's terrible commercial music for little girls...

Hey, how about trying Tribal Ink or Bring Me the Horizon? By the way, my band have few couple of tracks inspired by different albums of Linkin Park

Hybrid Theory style: https://soundcloud.com/nicmrayce/ever-again-compilation-part-ii
