And yes, it is quite literally a chapter of a film, the only difference is that each chapter of the film is made by a different person here, but that's the same thing as Tokyo Loop, Fuyu no Hi, etc. and they are of course in one entry since they were released as one (as well as Tokyo Fantasia and Tokyo SOS which are also omnibus works by G9+1). Still no change and no reply either to PM or post for a long time, please change it, there's no valid argument against it. It's been two weeks since the person supposed to deal with it last commented so I don't want to deal with someone who doesn't care. |

I would say, that compared to the rest AoT franchise, Kuinaki Sentaku is shoujo. And the manga doesn´t have the tag for fun too. And it isn´t exactly my logic, it´s the actual MAL definition. |

For manga these tags are decided based on the magazine in which that manga was serialized. There's no other way to decide the demographic tags, and they shouldn't be applied to anime in the first place. And manga AoT Kuinaki Sentaku has shoujo because it was serialized in ARIA magazine, which is shoujo magazine. | Haven't gone through the requests yet, but I asked for some clarification regarding demographic tags, so I should explain them. Akarin, demographic tags are not exclusively inherited from manga adaptations; the thread you linked even shows this. They do take priority when the adaptation exists, but otherwise, other anime can still have a demographic tag applied to them. Similar to genre tags, there can be some judgment used to apply a tag to a given work. For example, the original anime series Precure, Pretty Rhythm, and the like fit the "Shoujo" tag down to a T, so there's no reason to remove an accurate classification when there's no explicit rule rule that says to. I think how I would word it is this: There's a distinction between genre and demographic tags, but they're still both used to classify a work. With that said, LNs/VNs can sometimes have a target demographic (ex: otome games), and a tag for an adaptation might be decided based on that. |

| Everything from 7984 should have been handled. A few genre-related things may have been compromised. Akarin (7984): - The Pashimina OVAs will follow the inactivity guideline, regardless of any tendencies in their production. - Furueru Kuchibiru should be fine as episode 0s and the like get separate entries. - For 'You're Under Arrest', it seems we're outright changing the titles to their romanized form, since every title had to be changed anyway. - In America and No Mercy are both used for the special, it seems. I went with the former since that one is shown with the JP name. Akarin (7989): For the "Feature Dance Presentation," I decided to change the title to include the song's name. heislash (7991): Wrong subforum. Akarin (8003): - Twintails OVA has been reported for deletion. - Some of the Ribon specials are OVAs because they were bundled as DVDs with the magazine, making that the primary type.
