| The instrumental part of "God Knows" from Haruhi would probably work. "Cruel Angel's Thesis," the Eva opening might as well. As a general rule I'd avoid anything with a person singing, so instrumental versions, or the music that plays in the background while characters are fighting or talking would be safe bets. I DL'ed the Champloo soundtrack recently and almost all of the tracks are word-less; at least half would be feasible ringtones. |

| I frequently use Naruto's 4th OP, "GO!!", just to irritate those around me. It does get some interesting reactions. Otherwise my phone is mostly on vibrate, since I tend to jump a mile when a ringtone goes off. |

| Generally use themes from the show itself rather than the OP/ED and generally without vocals. Curretly using Theme of Scanty & Kneesocks from Panty & Stocking, but I'll be switching over to Magia from Madoka Magica when it's out. You really can't go wrong with something like Paradise Lunch (Baccano!) or Tank! (Cowboy Bebop) though. Instrumental Jazz is generally fantastic. Or Kalafina. Kalafina is good too. |

| Well, if you want dramatic, then the Soul Eater Opening "Resonance" by T.M. Revolution is perfect. Also, 15 seconds before singing starts, which is about the max time it takes to pick up the phone. Core Pride by UVERworld also has the 15 seconds before singing and has a decent intro. I prefer to use OSTs from anime more though, both "0" and "Knightmare" from the Code Geass soundtrack are good standard ones, though due to an afternoon of boredom I've assigned everyone that calls me only a fairly regular basis a ringtone. |

| My favorite is the first 50-ish seconds of Rin and Len's "Remote Control". It's not too dramatic, and it sounds like a pretty normal one. I've had it for a few months, but it still doesn't beat vibrate. I'm tempted to get Meru's text noise thing from Zetsubou-sensei now. xD |
