| @Luna_: Thank you very much. I'll tell her to do that. However there seems to be a new problem. Out of some reason MAL wont acknowledge her password, it always says "Error: Invalid password. Click the back button to try again." Nonetheless I'm pretty sure the password is right and since we weren't able to change the email provider yet, we are unable to recover the password. | @valahanoctis: The password recovery feature is case-sensitive, so the email must be written exactly like in the registration. I didn't see a problem with the email you posted but did he really write it like this? If he writes everything in lowercase it should work. If he's still having problems then he can either talk to me on IRC or you can post here again and I'll send him a new password manually. @zylasty_: I've sent you a new password. |
