As the title says, is there a site similar to MAL but for Video Games? (PS4, Xbox, PC e.t.c)

Almost all of them suck tbh.

Better off writing your games down or making a gameFAQs account.

I like gameFAQs since it's the only one that has the shitty SNES VNs that I play sometimes.

Gamefaqs has the best database of games by far, but it has a pretty mediocre UI and each page only covers 50 games, so if you have a lot of them and want to take a look at it (in case you want to name recommendations, change the score or simply find a game that you wish to replay but don't remember the name) it's not that fun.

Myvideogamelist is the one I'm using right now and is the one most similar to MAL, but it lacks a lot of games and it takes them a lot of time to update new ones due to extremely stupid rules and lack of staff. It has a better UI and a higher degree of customization though.

The closest thing is probably Steam forums, with your Steam library serving as your Games list.

Backloggery. You can also use it to keep track of 100% runs like I do.

VGCollect is really, really good. Hands down the best database I've used for games.
It's not very similar to MAL though.

I mean, myvideogamelist exists but its library of games is dreadfully low and updates aren't fast enough.
Gamefaqs and Backloggery work, although the latter's UI isn't very good. I don't think there exists a decent one, but Gamefaqs is good enough.

Supposedly Player.me will have it as a feature someday, and its library is pretty fantastic. Unfortunately its taking forever for such a feature to be implemented, since the devs said they were looking into it over a year ago.

Backloggery is the best from the ones I tried. Myvideogamelits has an incomplete list and doesn't update. Grouvee is also neat if you want to try it. Its closer to MAL than Backlog and easier since you don't have to add the entries manually, but it is a bit messy.

Backloggery. It's the only site I use to keep track of all my games (completed, playing, want to play and so on).

It can be quite confusing at the beginning how to use it, since you need to manually add the games, but it doesn't take much to get used with the interface.

Glitchwave, but you'll have to wait. Last I heard, it should be ready by April.

I wouldn't use that site TBH. As pointed out, it's god awfully slow at updates, and there's a reason why. The staff seriously suck there, and are pretty rude, so no one wants to work for them, especially when it's a free gig.

I'd suggest backloggery or such to go with.

I think GameFAQs might be the way to go. I have an IGN account, but I haven't really found much use for it. :-/

www.grouvee.com has been the best I have found.
Really easy and quick to use and had all the games I searched for (even stuff that wasn't on Steam and was still in beta phases and whatnot).

This looks pretty promising. For now, I've ditched all those MAL-like video game sites since it's too much to maintain. I use psnprofiles.com now since I exclusively play on Playstation.
