| That episode took a surprisingly dark turn of events. Especially when the ally ship started attacking them for no apparent reason and thy got charged with mutiny. |

| I feels like playing some slice of life visual novel with me as a captain interacting with my crew, which is those cute girls (lolis) everywhere on my ship and those nice bgm. With those many characters its amazing how each char is unique and funny. This is what my impression as of ep 2. That clifhanger at the endbthough sounds not good. As for score of course its 5/5. |

| I was surely ready to drop it but the second half was too good! Akeno is likable and Mashiro is calculated one just like Kirk and Spock! Well hope the story goes onto be stronger. |

| Well it's every bit as boring as Kantai Collection to say the least. Just goes to show not even cute girls can save a sinking ship. Cynicism aside, it wasn't too bad but just very awkward and kind of bland. The ending sure picked up my attention though, I thought it was going to be one of those character building training sessions for sure. Also really like the OP, willing to give it more chances. |

| That was a fast start, guess one has to assume they've had all the prior basic training in earlier stages of school that they could pilot the ship literally on the day of boarding. Also liking the distant dark undertones.. was their instructor really punishing them for their tardiness or was their some other sinister motive? |

| I have no idea what's going on. Why did the instructor frame them? Why is Japan's entire coastline under water? And most of all, why in the hell are a bunch of lolis fresh out of middle school piloting a warship? |

| Start not exactly in line with what you could imagine: the command bar, to use a seafaring term, is a bit too much towards comedy and on very light moments, not that it is bad, but serious flashes are very rare and situations, even in the most critical moments, seem not very serious and mostly nice and good nonsense. Drawings more than good as quality, ditto the animations. The characters immediately stand out for their nature, perhaps they are the best part of this anime series. P.S. I am reviewing this anime because I really liked the characters in this series and because I had the desire to see a story set on a ship, after I had seen the anime series of the "Strike Witches". |

| Munetani, Mashiro is so damn cute from the first half, just being scared of a cat is MOE!!! and Misaki, Akeno is so dependable to be a captain and cute as well! I think she is a free spirited girl. When the ship was under attack, Mashiro and the others was startled that they can't handle the pressure and only when Akeno started to command them their team, it actually show promise. Mashiro needs to work on her shyness while Akeno already has her boldness. At the ending, their teacher is attacking them and they assumed "just for being late". I wonder what's the real reason behind it. especially their sensei reported them as being... with a hatred outlook... is this a bloodbath from the get go?! XD |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| I'm a bit worried, if this anime would go some army routine route.. Where it's all about training and other not interesting to me personally stuff.. But so far we're looking at commandment more.. So maybe anime will be fine.. Not sure, if we'll have some enemies or something.. I think this kind of show would need them.. Hm.. So this instructor sabotaged the crew?.. Or commandment in particular?.. Why?.. What for?.. Some political reasons?.. Some personal grudges?.. Something else?.. Well, hopefully we'll see.. |
