SynopsisRanma and his partner Rera run a detective agency in Giraffe City. An arranged accident leaves Rera and Ranma in an unfortunate state where the two detectives swap bodies at the stroke of midnight. With Ranma dissapearing and the beautiful Rera appearing.

cinderella boy has much of the same atmosphere as ryoko's case files. the anime's about a poor man and rich ojoo-san running a detective agency together. there's interesting cases, about the same amount of action, but otherwise the main story is different enough that you won't find it a repetition of any other detective series.

Something similar happens in Cinderella Boy, the two main characters (Ranma and his partner Rera) end up in a car accident and, to be able to survive, both of them have to live in a single body; one during the day and the other one during the night.
