| Three episodes in and I can pretty safely say I am really liking this show. It has straight up gorgeous production values, from animation to shot composition to music, the cast is already incredibly fun and endearing, and these episodic adventures have been nothing short of completely engrossing. While a lot of people complain about how chaotic and confusing the show is, I actually really enjoy it! It gives the show a really unique short of energy. PLus, its really not to confusing as long as you pay good attention to all the dialogue, as a lot more things are implied than plainly said. The actual game featured in this episode was pretty confusing, but the way it was presented just made it an utter joy to watch. I want to see s'more of Klaus now. |

| The first half of the episode was a bit cluttered. The transitions were kind of haphazard and didn't seem to have a direction to them. The profair game was interesting though. |

| Pretty boring episode. Was expecting it to be more like Hunter x Hunter with the King and gungi when Klaus stepped in but didn't get any of those vibes at all. Felt like they were just stalling the episode. They could have probably cut out a good chunk of it and give us more info on White. |
| As they were traveling downward I just sat back and said out loud "So pretty!" at which point my husband, who hates anime, looked over from his computer and was like "whoa, that looks crazy" and actually watched the rest of the episode. This never happens. SO PRETTY. Visually and aurally, this show is incredible. To the point where I don't even care what is going on,I just want to take it all in. |

| Once again, great episode. This show has such stylistic animation, I could zone out staring at the screen and enjoy myself. I also really like the varied OST with random additions of what I believe was Beethoven(?) thrown in. Damn, Klaus is a fucking boss. Really curious to know what is up with ghost girl. Though I suspect her brother will be some sort of antagonist. Definitely a 5/5 for this episode. xD |

| Love the monkey, love the unique spin on chess, love Zapp, this anime seems really promising. Kinda reminded me of Durarara. That girl Definitely suspicious. |

| That was a nice episode. The match of Prosfair between Klein and that monster (Death itself?) was a blast to watch. Holy shit, the game got very complex towards the end lol. All kinds of additional planes and new pawns were introduced. |

| Episodic shows only really fall down when they are marathoned. They are great weekly. Also allows for the adaptation to do what it wants and stopping it wont ruin anything. |

It's just that some people are expecting the ~PLOT~ to kick in so they can enjoy the show, when this plot doesn't really exist. IMO, taking note of how crazy (in a good way) the director for this show is, shackling him to a main plot to follow would only destroy his style. And this is exactly what I mean. People here keep thinking that if a plot suddenly kicks in, this anime will be an instant 10/10. It does a pretty good job of world building and such due to its episodic nature. |

| The game didn't really make a lot of sense, but it was pretty fun. And the episode itself was wonderful artistically, particularly the way the angles kept changing when they were in the alterworld. That line from the ghost girl at the end about Leonardo having good eyes was a surprise; hopefully that actually leads somewhere at some point. If not, I can perfectly live with this being episodic considering how fun it is. |
| This episode was okay, I still don't get a feeling for each character, not even the main ones. The MC is still bland. The alterworld was imaginative though and the introduction of the game Prosfair makes the anime more interesting for sure. |

| I don't understand why this anime has such a "low" rating. It's something different and freh, I really enjoy the music and the comedy of this anime. The chess game was really interesting, I'd like to know the rules. Apparently, it affecty your phyisal condition as well...Klaus even started bleeding x.x |

| If you can't imagine how hard is it to play 'Prosfair' for 99 Hours. You can at least imagine playing Chess with an unbeatable opponent for 99 Hours.. That aside, I need to say this.. Those OP and ED are highly addictive. |
