| I'm a huge fan of the world and tone of the premiere. Wasn't sure what to expect when I saw this getting announced so the sci-fi slant came as a big surprise. Saying it's sci-fi actually doesn't do it justice since it has hints of multiple genres thrown into the mix |

| Well that was lots of fun XD Dat animation too :3 Sasuga Bones I guess ^^ Dat cast is quite insane too :O What a crazy town that is. Zap's fighting style was so friggin BA! And friggin loving the antagonist XD He's quite hilarious lol Seems like fun :D Should be interesting. MC isn't really the best but he seems interesting and he's not annoying so that's a plus ^^ I didn't get the part 6 months ago though? Why did that thing suddenly appear and give out those eyes? |

| It's very good, possibly the first time something with 'shounen' in its demographic manages to not have a shit first episode and actually impress me. It's a shit tonne better than Owari no Grimderp, that's for sure. Though the way they shout the names of their attacks is cringeworthy stupidity, not even worth comedy points. Second best first episode of the season so far, after Plastic Memories. |

| I like how none of the characters really give a crap about what's going on. Judging from the PVs, I thought there would be some more dramatic tension in the plot, but this is fine too. Anyway, I'm liking it so far. The show oozes style. |

| Good first episode but a little confusing |
| All those voices from Gintama xD, well this reminded me of Baccano and Durarara, confusing and a lot of things happening at the same time. |
| I'm not really sure what to think of this... they sure threw a lot at us right from the start, and a lot of it was a bit disjointed and confusing, but it's only the first episode and it was certainly [interesting] which is the most important thing by far. |

| it started off slow, but picked up near the end. it did leave a lot of questions, like, Leo's past and that God thing that told them 'to choose' or whatever. the action was good though. all in all, i enjoyed it. |

| i can't believe nobody is bringing up the obvious pacific rim reference in the first three minutes. i completely lost my shit. a good beginning to the series, absolutely loved its vibe and music. very kill la kill -esque battles. looking forward to this. |

He's good at those. I didn't find there to be a lack of explanation, just mysteries I guess. I think it works well so far, and I'm sure it will be explained. As long as the lack of explanation doesn't make the story confusing, I don't see it as a problem. I just found the episode to be a whole lot of fun, of course part of it being the sakuga, but also the overall vibe I got from it. I also really like the directing, didn't realize it was Kyousougiga's director working on this! Even more excited now. The action scenes were awesome, though my favorite part has to be where Leonardo runs towards the monkey. I watched that part several times. The monkey's pretty cute too :D Bump of Chicken is the best. Also, I think I saw Chase Bank's logo...lol. Maybe was just my imagination, too lazy to go back and check. |

| Katsura is a terrorist, Hijikata is a chain smoking swordsman and Shinpachi is a Shinpachi... I mean a "normal guy". It's really hard to unhear their voices. Especially Shinpachi as a MC, it's just weird. For now the show is too chaotic, but I will give it a chance. |
| Pretty interesting 1st episode. Animation was great since it was Bones. This reminds me of Durarara with superpowers. This will definitely continue to be on my radar this season. |

| Fantastic music and scenario going on here. I loved the setting that it's taking place in. The action and powers were really cool. So far, I think this series has one of the best premises of the season so far. Seems really interesting. |
| Except Leo's mysterious/confusing backstory, that was an amazing first episode! (I'm sure everything will be explained as the show moves along). Those eyes were so cool! Femt's reaction when his plan got got ruined was hilarious! Loved Zap's attacking styles and patterns. So badass! He'll probably become my favorite of the show. The MC is okay, but I don't see him becoming totally epic like Zap. Looks like another party has their eyes on Leo. As awesome as Eyes of the Gods seem to be, if that's all what he's worth for, then he mightn't become too likable. I want to see Leo becoming incredible not only because he has those eyes, but his own qualities as a MC. Off to a great start. Another shows from this season I have high expectations for. |

| A lively yet dangerous city with a charming atmosphere. I'm getting a little Kyousougiga and Durarara!! vibes. Characters look great and even though I couldn't really catch what was going on, there seems to be a lot for the story. Can't wait for next episode. |

| freaking loved it. love the style music was great, entertaining characters, story has potential, action was great and well animated didn't expect it to be so over the top so we might be looking at two crazy series this season. this and ninja slayer |

| Wow, I had no idea.. that was really stylish and very enjoyable. This is easy the best first episode I watched so far. I actually had no expectations and didn't even plan to watch it in the first place but I'm glad I did. If they can keep the same animation style for the rest of the series, I think this is going to be one of my favorites this season. |
