yes i saw the spoilers years ago, i knew what would happen, i was aware. yet no other anime had me sobbing on the kitchen floor before in my life, this is a different level of pain, i will never recover

the kinda shows that make you sob your heart out because of how much they make you appreciate the beauty of life and all the pain that comes with it? yeah, bawled my eyes out almost every episode

watched this at the theatre's and started sobbing during the intro, no it does not get better

only cried because i knew about the after story spoilers, but cried a lot

did i finish this film or did this film finish me

gorgeous gorgeous girls cry to this instead of kimi no na wa

lands the sadness bomb (hah) perfectly, also VON is to this day one of the most beautiful songs to ever exist

only cried during the first and last episodes but both were hard sobbing sessions

i was NOT prepared

beautiful moments throughout the anime that had me tear up, but what really landed the pain was the last episode. beautiful music too, a good sob

a masterpiece in and of itself as well as a good sci-fi cry

kage needs the longest and tightest hug ever and i'm more than mad that all i have is my cold, flat computer screen

7's backstory was actually really sad, not my proudest sob but i won't hide (also teenage me thought the ending was a cinematic masterpiece)

13yo me was shook to the core. i'd have to rewatch this one to judge properly, so take this with a grain of salt
