Manga has an amazing score (top 100) and is pretty popular. The studio is pretty new, but their first Anime (Zom 100) had a pretty high production value and the trailer looked pretty good as well so this looks really promising.
Mangaka also created several covers for Marvel, DC and Star Wars Comics.

New ufotable movie adapting the acclaimed Visual Novel from Type-Moon/Kinoko Nasu.
Most likely a must watch for Type-Moon and especially Kara no Kyoukai fans.
I doubt one movie will be enough to adapt a whole Visual Novel, so it might be a movie series similar to Heaven's Feel or Kara no Kyoukai.
The light novel adaptation has already been received pretty well.

The trailer has phenomenal animation and might surpass Heaven's Feel as the best animated Anime.

Remake of one of the most popular Anime of all time and adaptation of one of the best Manga of all time.
The original Anime had horrible pacing (1 episode adapted 1 chapter, while the norm is 2-3) and it also had lackluster animation due to it's weekly schedule (and bad studio) until around 1000 episodes, where it started getting great animation.

Assuming the'll adapt everything, this could half the amount of episodes you need to watch to watch all of One Piece.

The Remake is by one of the best studios with Wit and most of the already known staff has worked on some of the best Anime you can watch.

Adaptation of one of the 10 highest rated entries on MAL by the best Donghua studio with B.CMAY PICTURES. The trailers also looked phenomenal so this is for sure one of the most promising shows in the list.
It was confirmed to get at least 5 seasons and the author "felt good about it" after watching the first 8 episodes.

Adapts a popular and very good Light Novel by popular author Ryohgo Narita in the Fate universe.

A-1 Pictures as animators and Hiroyuki Sawano as the composer are also a big plus

a 55 min special episode of it has already aired and was received very well

Adaptation of one of the highest rated Novels and most popular Manwhas. We don't know anything about the Anime adaptation, but this could be a phenomenal show.
Seems to adapting the Webtoon adaptation, not the novel.

Adaptation of one of the most popular Weekly Shounen Jump Manga. Manga has a good score and will be adapted by a good studio with TMS Entertainment.
Trailer looked also pretty good and a protagonist voiced by Tomokazu Sugita will never be boring.

Very well received Manga about ice dancing. Manga also won the Shogakukan Manga Award in the General category in 2023.
Anime won't be made by a good studio with ENGI sadly, but it's series composition is by a veteran and the unique setting and the amazing score of the Manga make this an extremely promising show nevertheless.
The trailers seemed pretty good, even with its animation and CGI.

A long awaited horror Anime. Manga is very new and has a pretty good score.

Not much is known about the Anime yet, but there are so few horror Anime that this will instantly become one of the most anticipated Anime.

New sci-fi anime by Shinichirou Watanabe and animated by MAPPA.

That is more than enough to be one of the most promising anime in production.
Music seems to be very unique in typical Shinichirou Watanabe fashion.

Adapts one of the best Josei Manga out there. It is getting animated by a pretty good studio with Shuka and has a great composer with Kensuke Ushio. The rest of the announced staff is pretty new though and the teaser does not show enough to guess the quality of the adaptation.

Adaptation of one of the most popular battle shounen, that started in the last 3 years. It is getting animated by Bones (like Soul Eater) and has its Series Composition done by one of the best in the industry for battle shounen (Shingeki no Kyojin, Jujutsu Kaisen, Mob Psycho 100, Vinland Saga).
Definitely one of the most promising action anime to come out.

Mangaka is a big fan of Soul Eater by Atsushi Ookubo and became his assistant for Fire Force, as well as his successor.

Original movie by a studio which MAPPA created for director Sunao Katabuchi, who is also the creator of this movie. Manabu Ootsuka, the CEO of MAPPA, will produce it and the animation director is a movie veteran and has worked on many of the best/most popular anime movies, including Ghibli and Satoshi Kon movies.

Composer Akira Senju comes back to the Anime industry for this movie after many years. He is most well known for composing the music for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

The trailer looks very similar to the great movie "Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni", which Katabuchi also directed.

New original sci-fi/space anime by Wit Studio.

It will be animated by several people that worked on Shingeki no Kyojin and has character design by Hiromu Arakawa, the creator of Fullmetal Alchemist and the new Arslan Senki. So it does sound pretty promising so far.

Adaptation of a very new light novel. Almost nothing is known about the anime and the novel is to new and not yet popular enough to guess how good it is.

However, it was announced at an Aniplex x Kadokawa event and was considered to be the big announcement of the event. While many were disappointed that no news about sequels of popular Anime were released, Silent Witch will most likely be pretty good considering it was their main announcement.

Original Anime from Yasuomi Umetsu, who got famous for creating the infamous Hentai "A Kite", after which he made a lot of Openings and Endings.
It will by animated by a great studio with Shaft.
The Trailer looked extremely good and highlighted Umetsu's unique style.

Detective Sci-Fi from a lot of people that previously made ID:Invaded.
Creator won multiple awards for multiple novels. One of which is even considered to be the Fifth Great Mystery of Japanese literature.

Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi story adapting a light novel. While the novel does not have enough votes for a proper score, it's Manga adaptation was already received very well which usually is an indicator for a good Anime since they tend to be better than the Manga adaptation.

Neither studio nor staff is known so far so we can't guess it's quality yet.

Very new RomCom by a really good studio with P.A. Works. Manga was received pretty well and the plot seems pretty unique considering it's one if the most common genres. Likely to become pretty popular, but definitely not the best Romance Anime in this list.

Original Anime by MAPPA about the creation of an Anime.
Co-created and directed by one of the main directors of Doga Kobo and music by the composer which Doga Koba uses the most.
Since it is an Anime original, it is unknown whether it will be good or not.

Girls love anime have not received good adaptations in a while and much more promising shows than this ended up being forgettable.
However, this Seinen has a pretty unique concept and will probably at least not be forgettable, which is why I included it.

Another Girls Love Anime, but it's source material has a pretty good score.
However, since nothing is known about the adaptation yet, this could still be another bad Girls Love Anime adaptation.

Manga has a pretty good score and will be adapted by Madhouse, one of the best studios.

Movie animated by A-1 Pictures adapting Gen Urobuchi's (one of the best Light/Visual Novel writer) Light Novel. Music by Yuki Kajiura, another big selling point
The movie in general has a pretty insane staff list.
Seiji Mizushima has been announced as the director. He was the Director of OG Fullmetal Alchemist and Shaman King as well as Gundam 00.
He will be assisted by an assistant director of the Evangelion remakes
Original character design was by the designer of the Type/Moon franchise, Takashi Takeuchi

The movie has in addition to the normal character designer (known for several A-1 shows) 3 mechanical designers. 1 worked on Gundam, 1 on Gundam and Full Metal Panic, and 1 on Princess Principal

All in all a very stacked team, but that was also the case with Bubble, which was also created by him.

Adaptation of a very popular Webtoon, however the studio adapting it is not particularly good. The director is more of a mixed bag, since he used to make great shows with White Fox (Katanagatari, Jormungand) but also made a ton of (mostly bad) romance shows like one of the lowest rated shows on MAL with Conception.

Great source material but unlikely to get a good adaptation.

Seems to be a new adaptation of the Ghost in the Shell Manga and from the looks of it, the first proper adaptation because the movie from 1995 changed a lot of things and Stand alone Complex is its own thing.

Animated by one of the best and most unique studios with Science SARU.

Remake of one of the most prestigious Anime and Manga. Nothing is known about the remake yet, but this could be really good.

Long-awaited adaptation of a revenge Manga classic, which, however, was received with mixed responses. It will be animated by Satelight and a newish studio, so the good animation part is not looking that promising, which is especially important for an action Anime.
Still a noteworthy show considering it's popularity.

Seems to be a separate show from an established franchise (Sousei no Aquarion), so you should be able to watch this without having to watch the other shows in it's franchise.

Original Mecha Anime by Shouji Kawamori, the most famous Mecha designer in the world (Transformers, Ghost in the Shell, Eureka Seven, Macross, Escaflowne,...).
However, the previous parts in it's franchise have not particularly good scores and the studio making it (Satelight) is also not great.

So overall this will most likely not be too good, but I wanted to at least mention it thanks to it's prestigious creator.

New CloverWorks original by one of the main people behind former studio Gainax.

Almost nothing is known about this yet.

Most likely a remake of one of the most influential Anime of all time. Will also be directed by it's creator like the movie, but might adapt the whole Manga this time or even adds additional scenes to it.

This however has been announced years ago and no further update was given yet. Another Anime by the same person was also announced at that time (Orbital), that one however was already canceled.
So don't expect this to release any time soon if at all.

CLAMP story for Shounen Ai enjoyer. Manga has a pretty good score.

* A lot of plagiarism was discovered in its costume design causing the series to be postponed from 2021 to an unknown date. It is getting animated by a completely new team (formerly GoHands) and the year in its name will most likely change too

Movie about a young girl that that wants to become an Idol. Many actual/former Idols are involved in this movie and it is getting animated by a really good studio witch CloverWorks. One of the Directors will also be the new Director for ReZero season 3, so this does look pretty promising so far.
