underrated gem! art is rlly pretty and story is very sweet
there was no synopsis when i read it so to briefly describe it: redhead girl (saki) takes piano lessons and meets black hair girl (kanon) on her way home one day, kanon transfers into her school and she finds out that she’s actually hearing-impaired, saki develops a crush on her (she already knows she likes women <3), she tries to befriend her even if kanon is adamant about not wanted to be treated special and their friendship develops as well as kanon fitting in at her school over the course of the manga :) also saki coincidentally happens to start taking new piano lessons under kanon’s mother lmao
i love how expressive and bold kanon is about her feelings and opinions, as far as i can tell the author never pushes her into any tragic stereotype just because she has a disability and lets her express both parts of her life where she can and can’t manage without other people needing to treat her differently
