Mashiro Shiina (Kuudere) is suspected having autism for a lot of fan. I think she have autism cause she struggle a lot with social skills, implicite, understanding her emotions and others intent, and have a special interest on manga. She also have a lot of disabilities for others things so i think she may have other disorders too.
Note : I don't think she is the more representative character (she is very cliche and child like)

Rei (Kuudere) have a lot of autistic traits like social issues, issues to understand and express her feeling, weird and static facial expression etc... But it also can be PTSD and schizoid personality disorder. She also have social anxiety symptoms. Nothing can said if she had autism or not, social anxiety or not and schizoid personality disorder or not but she is a very accurate character to represent this three disorder. She also have borderline traits such as identity issues, trust issues and chronic empty feelings, which is caused by a genetic borderline traits and a childhood trauma (such as schizoid personality disorder). But we also know that autism is often misdiagnosed by BPD especially for woman. The whole anime is about depression and BPD so we can said that Rei may have BPD.

Lain (Dandere) of the real world is often associated with autism cause she is very introverted, have difficulties to make friends, and is deeply isolating herself from others, the reality and her identity in the story. I thinks she don't have any autistic traits expect difficulties to makes friends. In my mind she has PTSD, an addiction to the wired, a psychotic disorder and a dissociation disorder (DID in my mind) with a lot of struggle with others due to the anxiety caused by the trauma. But cause a lot of autist have social anxiety and trauma with social isolation they relate a lot to her.

Peoples often said that L is an autist cause he is isolated from others, act weird (the way he sits in his chair per exemple), and is very talented from an interest. In my mind he is not autistic at all cause he have very good faculties to understand others behaviours. He may have social anxiety, schizoid personality disorder or schizotypic personality disorder. We don't have enough information to know which of this disorder it can be. Near and Mello are also cited as autist, but such as L, they are talented to understand others intention so they are not autistic in my mind.

Yuki nagato (Kuudere) has a lot of autistic traits. She is very inspired by Rei of evangelion. She have this same autistic way to look, social issues, etc... she also takes things literally etc... Nothing said that she don't have other similar disorder but in my mind she has ASD.

Sawako have a lot of autistic traits : strange facial expression, disabilities to makes friends, difficulties to understand others feelings and intention, a lack of social skills, shyness (not a symptom but a lot of autist are). She also have a very negative image of herself which is a symptoms of many others disorder. Her interest about ghost is specific and is very strange for other peoples, it looks like the special interest symptom. In my mind she can be autistic.
Note : I relate a lot to her very bad way of faking smile lol.
Note 2 : Another thing i like about Sawako is that she is not child like and is not the "savant autist" cliche. She is smart but not a genius. In fact, if we forget her autism symptoms and her bad estime, she is very commun. I think she is probably one of the best representation of an autist character.

I don't remember everything so i can't say if Tachibana has autsim or not but i remember that she have this kuudere's very autistic ways of looking peoples and that everyone thinks she is mean but she actually have a lot of issues to express her feeling and intention and is very sweet. Chizuru Hishiro (Kuudere) have A LOT of autistics traits. Inexpressive facial expression, strange smile (Sawako 2 lol), issues to interact and make friends, strange ways of speaking, needs to have a routine, etc... BUT she is not autistic. I was really disappointed but she explain that her social issues are caused by her childhood story. In fact you born already autistic so she isn't autist but i really relate to her
