(+) The characters are fun, with the most favorable points going to our perverted protagonist Issei, who is probably written much better than others like him. The music is addicting (ESPECIALLY that ending), the art is fairly good, and the story, while cliche in some aspects, had a lot of cool action scenes and is just fun all around.
(-) The only real negative I can find here is that the earlier fanservice is pretty bad (especially in episodes 4 and 5, where it's a little...um...misplaced in a certain section). I will also say that beyond the main cast and the recurring cast, the other characters aren't written well, in that there are only two modes they can be on: over the top villain or regular annoying high schoolers.
Overall, I just really enjoyed this show for what it was and had a good time with it. If you can handle boobs and blood, then you should really give this show a try, since it's much more fun than some other entries that have come out in the genre lately.
P.S. That ending is seriously awesome and I don't care what anyone else says about it. XD
