Maybe I'm overthinking this, haha. I just saw a video of Jordan Peterson where he laid out these characteristics that attract women.
And here, in this manga we see these characteristics quite clearly. It is a shoujo, of course the mangaka wants to create a "dreamy hero".
I feel these qualities are only enough for initial attraction. For long lasting love you'll need kindness, respect, trust, understanding, ability to have fun and relax around each other. And many other things.
I really enjoyed reading the manga because it felt so innocent, cute and simple. The characters are lively, loveable, and don't feel forced or artificial.
