This was one of the very first animes I watched after completing angel beats, I didn't know at the time the type of anime it was and was sort of confused a bit. Without detailing it as much as possible a group of friends use to always hang out together and a tragic accident happened to a girl that was super close to the main character and loses her life, years later after the group has gone their separate ways the girl reappears as a spirit that only the main character can see and the story revolves around trying to get her to move on and all of the friends reuniting.
I recently watched this for the second time last year and was surprised with how much I forgot happened. The animation is truly great, and the story keeps you watching more after each episode, some tense scenes here and there and overall an exciting journey of hardships and moving on. It's truly a sad masterpiece that deserves all the respect it receives, this is a tear jerker anime so it definitely is sad no matter how you put it.
Overall I rate this anime 10/10. I usually never rewatch anime and this one had the charm to make me rewatch it again, this is a must watch for anyone who enjoys these slice of life anime and or sad stories.
Also if you didn't know: THERE IS A MOVIE AS WELL! That goes through each character and what they are doing a year later.
