"Having an unloving family can definitely be the source of stress. On contrast, losing someone that you love is even more painful, hurting, sad etc. That it can actually surpass the stress from having an unloving family, because you've learn to endure and cope up with from time to time. It's not something that you ask for, but it's her family. So her only choice is to deal with it. Ofc, if we're talking about love it's the opposite thing in term of the things that she wants or need."
This is one of the strongest point of an argument that i took out from this series lmao. An anime with amazing logic, truthfulness, oblivion view of surroundings or the supernatural, rationalized concept, following an oriented set of an argument rules (premise, body, conclusion OR vice versa) extremely well, and pun or jokes in linguistic/semantics of words from english to japanese.

The story is pretty intriguing, the supernatural, learning about Japanese's historical deities and apparition's behaviours and valuation to the japanese culture. However, the downfall of this is the lack of story progression. In term of the character's relationship, it's the opposite of it. So my guess would be that, this is just an introductory season or section of the light novel or anime of monogatari series adaption.

As far as i know, the story revolves around Araragi's determination to become the hero of all ladies that gotten themselves involves into the supernatural. With that petty beliefs of his own sense of justice. His overall character resemble of that typical hero like character from a kid TV show or characters from stories etc. Yea, those stubborn type that always want to help everyone or save and sacrifice themselves for others. Even for strangers. The character in this anime season lacks character development, every character expresses the same traits, logic and personality throughout the entire epsiodes. However, this is still pretty enjoyable despite the lack of character development because of the story's dialogue.
Sound Rating: 9
The sound background is pretty chilling, relaxing, action music and ominous at times. Most of those things fitted well in situation of the specific scene. And I like how when they would make a very strong point in anything that they're talking or argue about. They will just make it extremely clear by making that couple of words extremely clear tone and loud. Great editing and idea there tbh. That may not be the right word to describe it there, but i lack the understanding of sound alternations with software, and properties of composition in sound qualities.

The main selling point of this anime would be the dialogue and truthful argument that the writer makes or to keep us thinking or understand that rationalize logic or character's belief. And i really enjoy that along with the metaphoric artwork when character's conversing or arguing about things. It's new and creative to me. I have never seen an anime like this before. And this thing got me in love with the series.

The artwork is pretty majestic, colorful, detail, confusing, subtle in meaning, but yet beautiful at the same time. When i started watching the anime, my mind was like, " This shit is majestic, dramatic and beautiful as fuck. But this is weird me out and its start to make no sense to me". But the longer i watched em, the more i started to understands that it's just a depictions of metaphors and giving the most fit-able vibes by giving a certain scenery into each scenarios. Either it's the time when the character visit a spiritual shrine ,going into an isolated vicinity, or showing how messy the room is with unrealistic amount of things within that room (a way of saying this room is disorganized as fuck). The creativity is fucking awesome as well. It's new, it's hard work, and it's time consuming to make it happen. Including the mixture of real life images, old fashion manga art, parody art, their own art style and so on.
In Conclusion: Overall i would rate this a 9. And i would recommend this for those people who are looking something new in term of the art style or visuals effects. And wanting to check out anime that's not all about random shit (this anime is random, that's their metaphors with the visual), illogical affections like the harem series and so forth. Or you are looking for one of those rare philosophical type of anime then this is the one. If you don't like it then, this type of dialogue anime is definitely not for you :)
