We got this Slice of Life and Comedy genre title Barakamon and I will tell yah how much I enjoy watching this series and finish it less than a day by the enjoyment it holds for it is a success in making it genre a real slice of life anime of the year. Comedy is balance with the mood. I will now make my preview in the following aspect of the show in which what make it stand out.
Story 8/10
The story is simple and easy to get. No need to pay attention on every dialogue, no need to wrap your mind to it and no need to think deeply about it. You just need to relate to the characters and you will understand it clearly. This suppose to be how slice of life should be. It's no drama to drown yourself in emotion but rather feel the emotional relief and happiness about the little things in life and appreciate it. This is why Barakamon's Plot simply delivered this properly and handle it logically and with a sense. The only thing why I didn't raise the rate to 9 for sometimes I get annoyed with some humors but in majority I like the logical humor of barakamon and especially the short precious moments it gives which wanna make you live more positively.

The scenery is standard for a slice of life series but still the scenery did a good job in reflecting the smoothing atmosphere of the country side of japan. The art style for the ending Innocence is great in giving feeling of relaxation.
Sound 8/10
The Opening theme of the series is ok nothing much to say but it does bring a hint of adventure about Handa and Naru's character interaction make you won't stop watching. Ending "Innocence" is a great ending for it really depicts that the anime is a slice of life and straight forward to the story's theme. I really appreciated the soundtrack and the background music. The sound doesn't go deep in the emotion but it does make you feel refresh and happy just by hearing it. The voice acting of the children here is a huge praise for they speak normally. I really get irritated when other anime put children and make them act and speak cute which is not how kids really do they too get embarrassed about it. It's the truth trust me.
Character 9/10
Why do Barakamon became so good it's not because of Naru which those pedophiles called loli fan service but because the character stand out and establish their role's normally. How many slice of life series did I see made a fan service out of their female characters and always made them wear swimsuit and other indecent clothes and cosplay in some degrees. Always making the leading male character always cool and get bitch slap by the girl and eventually getting an harem for he is being the model man. You won't see it here. Nope! This why Barakamon is better. All the characters act normal meaning they act as real people thought they can be childish at time to time but the characters are still likable. The elders have fair screen time and have great purpose in supporting the main characters struggles in the his new life. They did a great presentation of how living in the countryside in Japan is and how intellectual smart they are. I like the friendly traditions, the customs and the way of living of the folks there. I like the decent manner they have in respecting elders and the person older than them. There are so many good points in the characters of the show the I can point out in the series but when I have improve my writing skill I will do my best to point out this things. I am still a novice in review writing.

I'am going rate this anime by personal scoring 10/10 or 9/10 I will give but this is MAL must be reasonable in my rate statistically as possible. I will reveal my way in rating anime in my own statistical way later on when I make more previews.

My Highest rate so far in an anime series when I made this preview. The series recommendable to non-anime fans which mean the anime is very good and can capture a huge audition.
