Personally, my favorite aspect of the show is the character design, there are a wide range of personalities out there that you'll come across that couldn't be better suited to their role. I'm finding it hard to put into words what i find so intense, and exiting about this show without giving too much away...
I think the fighting is creative, intense and the big picture behind the show is far fetched thus i found it very interesting easy to dig into.
Of course i've got to mention that there is a lot of Ecchi, embedded into the way the story is told, and while it's a shame that this gives to non-viewers a dumb, shallow impression of the story, at times (i'm surprised i'm saying this) it is actually of some significance and helps to bring not only a level of intimacy, but also it functions as a large part of the comedy involved.
Ultimately, i'd say that the show perhaps encompassed too broad a' spectrum of themes (which i could go on forever about), but if you can follow this relatively fast paced, action packed and thoroughly interesting fighting oriented story, without getting too hooked on one specific part of the show, i think you'll love it.
