The movie definitly had some high productions values!! The animation is great (better thhan the anime at some parts), even if most of the movie isnt action scenes, everything is well done and the songs composed for the movie, were also very good. The story and characters are the major problem that I had with the movie, the story wasnt that interesting and was definitly preditible and the new characters do they job, but dont stand out! Dont get me wrong it was fun and entertainning, and had some nice warm moments to it, but the anime definitly had much bettter story and character development, etc etc.
If you enjoyed the anime, you can give this a try but dont expect the same quality of story and character that the anime has. It was fun but also it is forgetable, not memorable, nothing will stand out in your memory for the long run!
But if you want to see more of Rin and his friends then I reccomend it.
