I saw this OVA had no reviews and felt the need to write one, mainly not to express my opinions on it but to help people that may skip past this OVA since this is a must watch because it adapts a missing chapter from the manga that shows what happened between Ogata and Hijikata’s crew during episode 12 of season 1.
