I rate and review anime base on the genre and viewer base. Of course if it's rate all together it would be more like 6 or 7, but as an adult rom com anime, I will say it's pretty great for the niche.

Maybe you're right that I don't get the char totally, but I watched until episode 4, and I waited for it to hit me with its comedic relief or something that would hook me with the anime, but it doesn't. It's just plain suffering for me, and in addition, when I saw the not recommending reviews about it, I totally agreed with all of those, so I think it's not just for us. And I think there is a reason why this anime isn't being discussed as a good anime in social media because tbh I just stumbled with this in my search for romcoms and not because of its fandom.
