Yeah, I like that they're all such jerks to each other, I'm glad they at least kept that in tact. I guess I don't like how much all the other characters became side characters since I always loved them so much in kun. But I think there's a lot of bias because I watched kun first, I feel like if I started with san I'd agree with you on all those points, but because I already have an idea in my head of how the show is supposed to go it throws me off.
I do appreciate when they take inspiration from kun, I'm hoping to see some more of that as I keep watching.
May be kind of a hot take, but I think I still prefer osomatsu-kun over it, the style of comedy doesn't appeal to me too much, but I'm still holding out hope that it'll grow on me.
yes you're right I made a lot of changes to my list. For the scores I just didn't really use them for anything and thought it looked a bit cleaner without them. For all the stuff I removed, some of it was stuff I wasn't really that attached to anymore as time passed, other changes were mostly just me removing related entries to shows I liked. (removing specials, sequels, so on). I kind of just wanted to keep a cleaner, less cluttered look to my list that is an accurate representation of what stuff I'm into now. (:
It's going to be exciting for the first watch for sure. Even if I end up don't like it much, I could at least appreciate its uniqueness haha. I'm quite tolerant toward perverted stuff as long as it's tasteful. Have you checked its manga and how is it compared to the anime?
Hhmm, you could say that the willingness to sit through all that looking for particular something kind of thing. There are some shows that I somehow still believe that at the very least have something that's good out of all the pain lol. If I'm not willing to continue or I don't find the show in any way interesting to continue then I would dropped. It's part of experience of being anime watcher by savouring the good but also the bad ones.
Yeah that fetish anine theat you mentioned is actually the most interesting one so I might check that one first lmao. It's not easy to find people that fully embrace their natural instinct/taste these days. So looking at your list is really invigorating with so much passion for the much weirder side of otaku.
Aw, thank you for the fr. I really appreciate that you takes your time viewing my list. Even if the scores are not pleasing, you could appreciate unique taste and also being respectful. I found sinilar pattern in the way you approach shows and how you list them too. And btw I nver heard of half of your faves but you a got a great sense of taste that is unique to you so that's really cool. I would like to check out some of the seinen comedies in your list.
Yeah, I was only able to find the first 3 episodes subbed, but the rest of the series is available on Youtube without subtitles. I didn't know what to expect but it's pretty fun, it's gotten some good laughs out of me. I think it'd be a good series to watch to help listen to Japanese. The dialogue is pretty simple.
Heya thanks for the friend request. You are kool and we seem to agree on most ratings which is rare, although I will say... Totty in favs is very sus lol. Jyushimatsu is my favourite :D
hi, thanks for the fr!
you're so right, it's hard to find people who are normal about Osomatsu-san, it sucks.. But I'm always happy to meet people who like the franchise c:
Yeah please do leave a comment or whenever, I love talking to people about that sort of thing.
The Favorites are just general recs, I’m actually envious of people who can list off favorites easily without problem. I guess part of me picked some of my favs just to make it stand by a little; they also came into my life in very particular moments that I think about a lot. I think that’s just life being an anime fan; you can’t help but do that. So if it motivates someone to think “wow I should try it if this guy likes it that much”, that actually means a lot to me. That means my time with it did matter and it’ll matter to someone else. That’s what animation is all about to me: making memories.
I looked at your profile and was shocked you didn’t finish Cowboy Bebop. Hope they changes as time goes on, that’s for sure an anime that came in my life at the right place and right time. I think about moments within it here and there for certain kind of emotions that you don’t get in TV animation that often.
Fun Fun Pharmacy is a fun one to talk about. Admittedly I haven’t seen it in years for reasons, but my time with it just get me thinking “yeah this is what anime is about to me” as I watched it. Everything from the way it looks, how the writing is, and so on. I’d have to write about it, but something about that anime really spoke to me at the time I saw it. Perhaps a rewatch is in order one of these days.
Hey kid, much appreciated that you’re interested in what I have. I normally don’t go out of my way interacting with people on here (despite being here a decade) unless they want to make the effort, so it’s always a surprise whenever someone wants to talk to me. So thanks man. If there’s anything you want to talk about or you want to learn my thoughts more, just let me know.

But yeah hope to hear back.
