It's iss, when I found the website I ended up reading until Volume 3, which was all that was released at the time, then I had to wait for the weekly part-chapters, and I gotta say, the wait was agonizing xD

I would wait till the rest of the manga volumes are out in English, so far there are 4 volumes out, which cover until chapter 15, volume 5 will be released February 27th, volume 6 on the 17th of April, 7 on 19th June, 8 on the 19th August, and so far I can't find a release date for the last chapter, but it should be released sometime this year.
I'm not sure if any sub groups will pick it up since some are skeptical about picking up a project that's licensed.

The No. 6 manga has been licensed, and the group that was translating it was asked to stop with their scanlations, that's why there hasn't been a new chapter released in ages, although the group still releases summaries of the chapters on their website if you're really interested.
