Oh that would be easy. You actually don't even need to know any anime to do that surprisingly even though it helps. I highly recommend reading negative anime reviews of (popular) shows/movies and using forum discussion posts. Heck, if you write reviews yourself, people like me can provide you feedback. The more interested you are, the faster it will be cause time will fly in no time. Make sure to have your own opinions and not get gaslighted by stuff you don't necessarily agree with. Trying to understand the other opinion helps.
