There's 1.5% change of one dropping per pull.
3 pull per reroll.
It takes about 19 minutes to reroll.
So yeah, if you play the game normally it's fun x)
I completely relate,I only have kind of a passive interest with female characters, but the characters I tend to get emotionally attached to are mostly male characters.
