Haven't been doing all that great recently to be fair.

I hope that it never gets an anime adaptation xD
I can recommend you DomeKano too, less comedy, more drama, and a bit of romance.
It's sad that the manga still hasn't catched up to the anime ;w;
There are a lot of Isekai without gore and blood you know ?
I also can't stand that, so I understand the pain of finding a good anime but it has gore x)
Then why don't you read some ? 'u'
For anime I don't really like Ecchi & Shounen.
But for manga what I like the most is the Isekai trope.
I actually have a list of the animes I liked the most, sorted by genre.
I spent some time on it when I hit the 100 days mark.

I absolutely did, from the day it started to the day it ended.
It was one hell of a ride, especially the godly episode 19.
It might seriously be the best animation of this year, as well as best episode so far.
I have some high hopes for SAO too, it has some very good moments this season.
