No Monogatari series has ever recieved an English dub. Not even Bake.

Does France get a lot of dubs? America's history with dubbing is pretty inconsistent. In the 90s, a much higher percentage of anime got a dub, but the quality of those dubs was often pretty shitty. Both in terms of translation accuracy and acting. While the quality of American dubs has vastly increased for the most part, the anime industry is a lot weaker here than it was from 1995-2005. Studios now only adapt series they KNOW will sell, so battle shonen and stupid fanservice shows. Artsy or experimental anime just don't get dubs anymore in America. Stuff like Haibane Renmei or Kino's Journey, Lain, Texhnolyze, all got dubs back in the day but would never get them now.

Tatami is just exhausting in that regard. I had to pause and read a block of text every 5 seconds. It was so annoying it felt like it took me an hour to watch each episode. Thankfully that's the only Yuasa anime I'm aware of that does that. The sequel Night is Short slowed the dialogue down considerably. I'll rewatch Tatami Galaxy when it gets a dub.

Both are good but VERY different. Sound of the Sky is a "Slice of Life" series that is easily Kanbe's most mellow series.

If you enjoyed Mamoru Kanbe's directing on Promised Neverland, you should check out Sound of the Sky or Elfen Lied, which is my favorite Kanbe work.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
