I'm placing this anime similar to Oregairu only in terms of MC vibe otherwise i might compare it with Bakemonogatari on the basis of plot. Sakuta Azusagawa is one of the best main charcters animes can offer imo. If you watch Oregairu and get hooked on Hikigaya then this anime is perfect for you

If there's any character who comes close to Hikigaya in terms of personality it's Houtarou Oreki. Both are Slice of life animes. Oregairu is a freakin masterpiece when i first watched it i kept craving of an anime similar to it then i came around Hyouka and i must say Hyouka is really good itself.
