Guess I'm surprised about ecchi. Thought you were more into it given the clubs you are a part of.

I would generally say I watch a pretty wide variety of anime genres as well. Ecchi, horror/dementia, psychological thrillers and mystery tend to be my favorites but I watch a lot of stuff. Given that you generally like the horror/dementia/psychological thrillers more though, I'd highly recommend watching Higurashi some day. Definitely start with the original series as well, the new one will spoil the whole show if you watch it.

I think we actually have remarkably similar tastes in anime...

Lol thanks man, good to hear it. Its nice to see the true weebs coming onto the thread and voicing their support as well. We really have gone too far down the mainstream path because of certain people who wanted to get others into anime without considering whether the anime community actually suited them.
