So, it's very rare for me to write a review. Actually, this is my very first time writing one for MAL, but here we go!
I'll start by saying this: Iblard Jikan is not for everyone.
And I'm not saying this with an "elitist" tone. I'm saying this with a "not everyone would like to watch 30 minutes of pretty landscape paintings and soothing songs" tone.
And that's okay!
Part of why I wanted to write this review - and it won't be a long one - is because this short experimental movie from Ghibli is very special to me.
