Yeah, with only 11 episodes to cover that much ground there are bound to be things like that. Those were all minor things in the end, not everything need be explained in full. That guys 'review' was just so far off base. The show wasn't perfect, yeah.. but it wasn't as much of a mess as he made it out to be. If he missed some of the important facts, that is his fault not the directors.

Hey, anyway seeing that you really love [C] and all and I haven't seen one positive review which is also informative about it on MAL, why don't you be the first to post one? Surely a highly being and someone as intelligent as YOU could easily formulate a review worth reading.

As for Mikuni's sister being dead. Was it a delusion? It's more of a hint that it's really the REAL thing.

And yes, Singapore. It wasn't even in the storyline but why did it disappear? So basically because its Financial District went bankrupt? Not enough of an excuse.

She is dead. There's a scene that her sister's room in the hospital was empty; thus the conclusion that she is already gone. Re-watch it. Seriously.

There's nothing wrong with the kiss really. It's just that Yoga, an admitted future father of Msyu, decided to kiss his own daughter. He'll probably grow up to be some DOM.

See? You got your answer. These are mere speculations utmost, and it's by fans. Now I'd believe it if it was the production team who did it per se, but seeing that these are people who has nothing to do with the production, the credibility drops.

Just for the record, I didn't need to read a wikia based on FAN's speculations to understand what Ergo Proxy is about.

On the contrary, I might think that C isn't too retarded and that you are right all along if you could answer this question that has been bugging me since the end of the series.

So why does Mikuni have Q when we know that her sister is already dead? I mean Q is his future right? Why would you protect a DEAD future, and why would you even have it? It was even stated that Q resembles Mikuni's sister. Unlike with the case of Msyu and Yoga, it's still possible that Msyu really is Yoga's daughter (though I think they are just throwing in random dialogues) in the near future thus we see him caring for Msyu (though the kiss was unbelievable). Like I said, we all know that Mikuni's sister is dead, so don't answer me that it is for his sister. And don't answer me that it is because of his future when it's very obvious that his sister is his future though it contradicts because it is depicted by the anime THAT HIS SISTER IS ALREADY DEAD.

And add this up; because I'm an Asian, and is at South East Asia, what does it have to do with Singapore's disappearance?

I hope I'll get a reasonable/logical/valid answer.

I did watch carefully FYI. The characters were dull dull dull.

I've watched Ergo Proxy btw, it's more of a "mindfuck" anime than this, but at least in that, even if everything is so vague, with certain imagination you can actually connect the events, making it look more of a "masterpiece." Now that didn't happen in C.

If they could put in the wikia, why not put it into the anime? Now that's where it fails.

I can't actually figure out what you were saying but Tarot and Kabbalah signs have nothing to do with economics. Maybe they did that just to impress "intelligent" viewers like YOU, but majority, they didn't understand it even a bit. It was done half-assed and after that it threw everything into a final battle, leaving certain explanations left to ponder which in turn could get confusing.

Shounen could get deep really, but what C managed to do is dumb it down. Making it look highly intelligent because of its "economics" theme only using it for attacks and the money itself.
