ymdfg Jul 20, 2013 1:48 PM
Not a big deal actually, half of them are ovas or short series

Nice one..from you: "If you were a boy in a manga, you should absolutely pray for the genre (not) to be harem."

Thanks! *takes sweets gladly* I doubt you can say I had a happy Halloween - I, mmm... "celebrated" it all alone :D But it wasn't that bad - I just ate some chocolate, hung around outside and then came back. Nothing special, as you can see xD What about you? Did you manage to see a real ghost or something? :D
ymdfg Oct 31, 2010 10:53 AM
Yeah, I will watch the second season. Definitely, I will :D

There were also cute scenes when Fuuko ran in the school giving her starfishes to everyone she could see :3 Love the way she speaks :D

Oh, it's already October, 31. Are you ready? xDD

*knock-knock*
Trick or treat?

ymdfg Oct 30, 2010 3:50 PM
Aha, thanks! Hope so, too :)

Sure thing, it was cool! I didn't expect that there would be some comedy mixed as well (though you can say "Read the tags next time!", I never will. I don't read tags xD) Really liked Tomoyo, it was nice to see her with Tomoya in her episode. And Fuuko with her stars starfishes :33

Rain? Yeah, I do like rain a lot. When I'm not at home and it starts raining it somehow makes me feel a little happy... and no matter if I've got an umbrella or I haven't XD And then you come back home, all wet after walking under the rain... feels great! :D Though not all whom I know think so xD

I meant, overhaul at our apartment :P We are to hang suspended ceiling in our lounge, change the kitchen garniture, completely remodel the bathroom... There are a lot things to do! :O

P.S. By the way, while you were in Canada, I've watched Clannad. Do you remember I said I tried to avoid it a while ago? Looks like it wasn't true XDDD
ymdfg Oct 29, 2010 8:09 AM
Yup, I like swimming, or I would rather say I like water - like, if I ever have been on the beach, I could have looked at it for hours. The same thing with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and... and others :D

Maybe you should try to grab your favourite tasties as quickly as you get there! Thus you can keep some for yourself :P

Aha, squirrels are still cute fluffy things, like you said, yeah, but they make those sounds! They surely do! I'm positive that I've heard they doing it... And while doing it they were waving their furry tails :P

Hehe, I knew! I always knew that I was kinda forecaster! xD

Mm, I have holidays, yeah. University holidays are different from school holidays, that's true. We don't have autumn and spring holidays. Winter vacation starts in a couple of days before New Year, then we have a week and a half to relax and study to our exams, then in the end of January, when exams are over, we have one more week before new term starts. So it's not that comfortable to plan something for winter holidays >_< I think, it would be great to go somewhere in summer, it's the only time when I think I can afford this. But I'm afraid it's impossible to do so next year, I will have to help with our overhaul XD

Woah. It's... big. O_o But thanks, it was interesting to read, looks like you really spent a good time :P despite the fact you almost met the Canadian bear and stood alone in this big house... xD Really nice photos btw :D Yeah, I wish I could stay in that kind of house too, and if I would, I'd do nothing but swimming xD You mentioned there was a lake near your house... :D Though maybe it was too cold to swim... maybe not. Was it warm enough to take a run to the lake and jump in there with all your strength left? :P Was there kinda wharf, at least a little one?

Your dad has got his own bakery? And yet you liked Canadian tasties... hmm, it's too suspicious, I think you don't visit your father's bakery often enough xD Oh, I was writing about sweets and one thing came to my mind: did you see squirrels over there? The forest was near your place after all, maybe they tried to climb up your house and make these scary sounds like "ts-ts-tsssssttttt-ts-ts"? :D

And that thing about flights, yeah, it sounds crazy! Half-day waitings, flight changings... But, don't you have a direct flight to Canada? It would be much easier... Well, I guess if there would have been one, you would have taken it ;) But waiting in the airport... well, I wouldn't mind to spend some time while waiting my plane, even if it sounds like I'm crazy, I guess these kinds of places have some special aura. I hope it doesn't sound like something stupid, that's my only little thought :D

And with Canada visited now, where do you plan to go to next? Or you haven't thought about it yet? :D

P.S. And thanks again for the story! Very nice of you, to share your memories! :D
ymdfg Oct 25, 2010 3:27 PM
Hehehey! Now... Welcome back! :D

Don't be sorry, there is no way you writing me can be annoying. Write as much as you want and whenever you feel like doing it xD I like it, so... feel free to write anything you want :P

So, what about Canada? How were your holidays? :P
ymdfg Oct 6, 2010 11:39 PM
Yeah, unfortunately, I never heard of them, though I think they definitely have their fans here as well. So I had to google it a little ;)

Ah-ha, two meter high snow walls... It is not possible to see such a thing here, somehow it's rarely to snow hard, but who knows, maybe THIS YEAR we'll get so much snow that the whole city will be covered by it! :D *makes a note to buy a new warm hat*

Is this Schloßpark (I like the way this word sounds :3) large, like the one with a lot of trees, paths and, maybe, some benches over there as well? :P And, a castle, yeah, that's a pity that it's hard to find a photo of this castle in winter.

Well, about Christmas... Our January 7th corresponds to 25 December in the Julian Calendar, anyway that's the way it was decided a long time ago, so it's already a tradition. It's inconvenient a little, but I got used to that :P And thanks to your singing, from now on I feel better und warmer :D

What, there are already three Twilight movies? Ha-ha, time flies fast, I was never really interested in that saga thing, so it's surprise for me. But I won't go and watch this, brrr, I will far rather watch PiB two or even three times. Woah, yeah, I'll do something like that xD

Yeah, "Mishka" it's kind of friendly nickname for "Mikhail" (in English, it's "Michael"), but at the same time it's a diminutive for "Medved" (our "Bear" :P). And since stuffed toy bears were really popular (and they are now), we still call them "Mishka". And that's where you're right: Russian "Mishka" is absolutely equal to English "Teddy Bear", but only if you're talking about a toy XD

P.S. I watched that video this morning. That dog is amasing, it sounds like a real human speach o_O

P.S.S. You're leaving tomorrow? Already? Well, in case if I'm not able to reply you this evening (but I hope I will make it in time, today I just come back late again): I hope you will have a fine time in Canada, even though you may not be able to watch/read anything XD just relax and enjoy! :D
ymdfg Oct 5, 2010 1:14 PM
Ehehhee, but don't you want to tell me what band is it that you love so much? ;) pretty interesting after all... :D

Do you like any other fairy tales? Since you still watch them I think you should have some :P

Christmas is great!! That would be superb if it would be really snowy! I like snow! :D
But there is one thing that is not so good. We celebrate Christmas on January 7th, that's ~ 80 + 19 = 99 ALMOST ONE HUNDRED DAYS! You're so lucky, I envy you! :P

Hehe, when I was talking about Puss in Boots, actually I meant an old one, but that's good that you remembered the cat from Shrek, 'cause seems like a movie with that cat as a main hero comes out soon! (haha - "soon"... I checked it out and what I saw was: "Release date - 4 November 2011" XDD). And huh, since it's Shrek we're talking about, I couldn't hold back and post this XD Hope you'd like to watch it more and more :D
ymdfg Oct 4, 2010 1:39 AM
Don't think too much about this forgetfulness thing. It happens XD

Fairy tales... At first I didn't even know what to write... :D I was used to watch a lot of them (and read as well) when I was a kid, but now I don't watch it too often, though sometimes, when I feel like doing that, I can :P *you're not gonna tell anyone, are you?*
And there were a lot of them that I liked: "Sleeping Beauty" that you already mentioned, "The Ugly Duckling" (ohhho, I remember, I was crying a lot (I was a kid, a kid...) when my father read this to me, I felt really sorry for him (for the duckie, not for the father, though I felt sorry for him too - to make him read to me that thing about eight times every day...)), "The Steadfast Tin Soldier" (another sad one), "The Snow Queen" (plus there was our beautiful old animation film :P), some our fairy tales such as "The Wicked Sisters", "The Frog Princess", "The Tale of the Golden Cockerel" (though a lot of our fairy tales are just kind of translated and changed european ones, I call it "our" for now, okay? just to avoid the confusion :D), "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King" (does it count as a fairy tale? it's more like a Christmas story o_O but anyways I like it too, I even downloaded this thing, though I haven't watched it yet).

Hehe, now, you wanted to know my very favourite?
ymdfg Oct 3, 2010 4:12 AM
