here's what you can expect from my page:
- relentless praise for any and all things that are unabashedly gay
- enthusiasm for works with existentialist and/or psychedelic themes
- studio trigger worship (with the one notable exception of The Show That Shall Not Be Named)
- a love of worldbuilding, mystery and psychological themes
- five times ten to the power of fifty-seven zawas

my personal philosophy on mal scores is kind of erratic and changes on a case by case basis but this is basically what each number generally means to me:
1: trash among trash, deserves to be killed with fire
2: had some very minor redeeming features, but still not worth mine or anyone's time
3: some aspects had potential but were overall handled so badly I couldn't enjoy them at all; still trash, but better to be recycled
4: comes close to being half-decent but messes up along the way
5: either an equal amount of good and bad, or I was just generally indifferent to it
6: has a lot of glaring issues but i was still able to enjoy to some degree; the minimum I would consider to be worth watching
7: generally solid and overall a good time, but feels a bit lacking in a few places; otherwise a genuine classic I failed to personally connect with
8: something I like enough to consider myself a fan of, with possibly a few caveats; highly recommended
9: an unforgettably amazing experience that almost makes me want to love life again
10: reserved only for the things that spark pure joy in my filthy weeb heart just by thinking about them.
