The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic is an isekai, but it's pretty similar to Wand and Sword in its structure. For one, the protagonist is somewhere in-between of nice, badass, serious, silly, masculine, feminine, and so on. There's a girl with a cute design who likes the MC for some reason. The MC is supposed to be underpowered, yet gets regular MC moments every arc where he can show off how powerful and cool he is. There are training arcs, war arcs (basically just battle), and so on. Basically, it's a classic, inoffensive sort of show which you'll like if you liked Wand and Sword. I do want to mention its world-building doesn't come close to Wand and Sword, but I think its characters are done a bit better (the show's pacing is a bit slower so they're actually given some time to develop). Also, obviously, the visuals are incomparable. I wouldn't hope for great fighting scenes.

If you found the plot too convoluted and want the show to focus on the cool characters and wacky fights, with a conspiracy plot in the background (rather than being the main focus), then Revenger is for you. The MC is pretty much the opposite to Origasa, but similar in power level. Basically, if you liked the white-haired samurai's squad and want an anime centered around them, it's basically Revenger.

Same quiet vibe, same way of getting their philosophy across, both really confusing if you stop to think about them.

Cold, emotionless, overwhelmingly powerful MC who hides his power? Check, except Kouji is even better. Fan service? Check, except COTE's isn't nearly as distracting. MC who doesn't react to the harem? Check. High school full of insane people with tragic backstories? Check.

Both are set in the future, have some commentary on what life is, and overall both felt the same when watching them somehow. I felt the same vibe I felt from CyberPunk when I watched Vivy, I liked them and disliked them for the same reasons
